I am counting down the days until I am able to come back to VioletRae’s place. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and the location was amazing. Everything was spot on and the host really communicated well and was there for my questions!

Excellent location. Just a block to the popular swimming beaches and main tourist ocean front road. A convenient ABC store right next door and tons of restaurants nearby. Sean’s place is spotless clean. More provided amenities than you would think of. Coffee, tea, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent… even some snacks. Very well thought out. I would greatly recommend it.

The place was located in the very convenient neighborhood. It is walkable to the Waikiki beach, shops, restaurants and other attractions. It was a bit smaller than I thought, but was very cozy and peaceful. The view of the room is beautiful. The host is so responsive and helpful that I felt very comfortable of staying at their place. I would like to come back there.

We had a great time at Jayden’s place and would definitely stay again. Pros: - Parking: very easy in and out. We never had issues finding a spot in the garage no matter the time of day. Instructions were super clear. - Patio: The view is great and we spent a lot of time on the patio at the table and we loved the hanging chair. - Furniture: Very clean and new. Also our hosts were so kind to set up the sofa bed for my eldest son in advance so we could dive right into bed after a long flight! - Gym: my family and I worked out almost every day. It’s a decent sized gym with a nice TV. - Location: It’s only a few blocks from the beach and very close to some of the best restaurants (with prices much more reasonable than the areas closer to the touristy part of Waikiki strip) Cons: - The Building is really on the older side. And the hallways are really out of date. - The unit is great but bathroom floors and carpeting could use updates. But this was totally fine for us.

Great price for the location - close to everything and only a couple blocks from the beach. Place was easy to find and get up to and the room was clean and cozy. Hosts gave great information and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would happily stay again!

If you need a nice workstation with a fantastic view, look no further. This place couldn't be more conveniently, if you wish to travel around the island, but also want easy access to Waikiki. The car rentals from the lobby were super convenient also.

Spacious and bright 1bd w/ pool & free parking

Great trip and wonderful condo. Plenty of space for our family of four, but we probably could have comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 4 kids. Nice to have all of the items like soap/shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. I was worried as some properties try to nickel and dime you, but this place was great. Beautiful views of Diamond Head and the ocean. Pool and hot tub were easily accessible and had security present. Parking included was a huge bonus, and made the stay more valuable than the Hilton and Marriott we were originally looking at. One huge concern was being on the 35th floor and the nightmare of elevators taking forever, but this unit had some of the best elevators we’ve ever experienced. Never waited more than 60 seconds and they’re super fast. I’d give them an extra 6th star just for the parking and elevators alone. We felt safe at the property, which can be a concern. Super convenient 3 min walk to the beach, plenty of great restaurants. Top notch!!!

We had a great stay. We didn’t spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep because the neighborhood has so much to offer. It is close to a lot of grab and go places, which was great on our way to the beach. It’s also an easy 15 minute walk from the heart of Waikiki shopping and dining. Peter was responsive and the check in instructions are clear.

I’ve stayed in Oahu many times and this place was right at the top! First and foremost, the most important thing to me is a host with excellent communication, communication was fast and thorough. The space is not big, but very effective. Very clean, very nice! The AC works amazing, I’m picky with AC and this was perfect! Nice shower and bathroom area. The balcony over looks the boats and sunset views are beautiful! There is an ice cream shop you can get ice cream and walk right over to the open area outside and watch the Friday fireworks. No need to fight parking. The parking was also easy, and best of all included!

We really loved this place! Everything was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. I especially liked that there were various kitchen utensils, spices, and a good refrigerator. The large balcony was perfect for enjoying breakfast with the family. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

The location of this place is perfect walking distance to the beach and is literally in the heart of Waikiki! It was clear when we checked in that this place is newly remodeled. The building itself resembles Waikiki of the 90s and 2000s, but the unit is so modern! we had no issues with check in or parking. In fact, the parking is A ++++, considering that parking is $48/night if it isn't included in the rate. Definitely an added plus since parking rates in Waikiki are ridiculous! This place had all the essentials equipped with kitchen needs, extra beach towels, beach chairs, wagon and beach umbrellas. Additionally, the communication was clear and smooth! They really made it a point for us to communicate without long wait times. Lastly, the AC was strong and they provided x2 extra room fans for added comfort! Thank you Avery and Ericka! We appreciate your hospitality and will stay here again when available 💯! Mahalo 😎🤙🏽

My girlfriend and I stayed here: The beach is her happy place and this place has 3 views of gorgeous water: The Marina, Lagoon and Beach shores Enjoyed some hawaiian Kona coffee in the morning Very close to Ala Moana Mall which is great 👍 A short 5 min walk to the beach/lagoon and this place has plenty of great beach gear ... It was really easy to navigate the area for out of towners ... We loved this place. It felt like a home away from home ... Nice spacious room and comfortable furniture ... The decor makes it very welcoming and authentic My gf really enjoyed coming here for her birthday. It was a great place. She got to be at the beach all day ... A dream vacation spot!

nice place right on the beach. The building is old and there was construction going on in the unit above us but that is to expected for an older building. The unit was clean and well stocked, especially with coffee Being on the ground floor was very convenient for accessing the beach from the Lanai instead of having to go through the main building. The screens to the Lanai do need to be replaced but they functioned for what we needed. Loved how beautiful and private the sandy beach was. Never busy; it was unusual to see more than 10 people on the beach at once and we saw turtles everyday in the water and on the beach.

5-Stars. This place was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and great communication from the host. Really well laid out instructions on getting in and out and no ridiculous cleaning rules before check-out (one of my biggest pet peeves, so kudos!). With what I am about to say please understand I DO recommend this place but there are a couple of things I wish I was better prepared for: Parking is at the top floor which wasn't my favorite to get in and out of (but parking is FREE) - so we ended up doing a lot of walking around the area so we didn't have to take the car out. The beach towels are also your pool towels so be prepared for laundry (not a big deal they have washer on site but you will do laundry). The bedroom/bathroom doors are frosted glass so light from your room will be quite visible in the pull-out bed room so with a 2yo it meant lights out at his bedtime (not a huge deal). I still highly recommend this place, probably the best value short-term rental in Waikiki

Definitely enjoyed our stay! Location was great and the unit was very clean. Hotel is great spot for tourists especially since there's a 24/7 ABC market right down the road. Would recommend and price was great. Charlie was very helpful in our stay and there were zero problems.

This unit is very nice, clean and modern. The host provides everything that you would need during your visit in Hawaii. You can tell that the host does everything to make you feel like you’re at home such as having chargers for your mobile devices and a bandage kit in case you get hurt. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and mall. Steven is very quick to address any questions or concerns we had.

Wonderful place! We couldn't have been happier with the location. The day we got there, there were turtles on the beach. The view and private beach was fantastic with our kids. They provided a wagon which was great for us going to the PCC. They didn't have a pack n play however we told them it was advertised and they brought one right away. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Oahu as a family. The hosts were friendly and we enjoyed having the space to ourselves with a washer and dryer on site. We do appreciate how clean things were and the beach accessories that were available to use under the stairs. Plenty of beach towels, and bedding and we loved the location. You can also vaguely see the ocean from the kitchen window. Things to consider -windows need to be shut and locked while away. By the time we returned and opened windows by 6pm it was too hot to cook dinner and there was little breeze to cool the space. We made sure to pick up something to eat prior to returning. We were warmer than we liked sleeping at night but survived -don’t sleep with windows open if sensitive to noise. There’s a rooster that goes off throughout the night. -The Airbnb is the bottom floor of a house so you do hear footsteps occasionally, and the parking is up a tight, narrow driveway on a hill which accommodates one car at a time up and down

Great place to stay , great deal! Stunning view, has all your essential needs. Bed is comfy, AC is on point. Book in advance cause i only got to experience eit for half my trip and I couldn’t use it for my full stay. The other air bnb I booked was more money and not as good.
