Waterfront vacation rentals in Kåfjord Municipality

Very recently renovated accommodation, very clean and functional. The apartment on one level has a pretty terrace: it is integrated into a larger building that has been divided into three. Very quiet because a little far from the main road (E6). Ideal location right across the ferry dock that connects Olderdalen to the Lyngen opposite (40 min crossing). It's very convenient to vary your hikes on the two massifs. Grocery store in walking distance. Departure from an important hike (Gillaviri) from the village. Aksel and Nathalie live in a neighboring house: they are very friendly and helpful. Even if they don't ski touring themselves, they know the subject very well and are good tips. Great place to stay for two, even if an extra bed is possible in the living room.

A lovely cozy and comfortable apartment in a good location with beautiful views. Aksel was very responsive, helpful and up for a chat. The sauna was very enjoyable too. We would like to visit again.

I spent more than three weeks at Vera’s place in January and February. Everything was perfect. It’s the perfect choice for couples or solo travellers who seek for beautiful landscapes in Norway or in Finland and want to maximize their chances to make the perfect photo of the Northern Light. The apartment is modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The Finnish sanua attached to the bathroom is a real treat for wellness. Vera is one of the greatest host I’ve met. This place will not disappoint.

What a wonderful experience spending two nights here! It was truly special to witness the beautiful Northern Lights, especially since you encouraged us to look up at the sky. We felt so welcome, and the accommodation was perfect – everything was so clean, and the view was simply breathtaking. Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing this beautiful moment with us. Very cozy apartment to spend some days in the quiet. Nice area to chase northern lights which we could see from the private dock and even from the bedroom window.

We spent a winter vacation week in November as a couple in the "Sea Mountain Cabin." Tor is an excellent host - very friendly and generous. The description of the place including the photos correspond to reality. We were particularly fascinated by the panoramic window in the living/dining room with a magnificent view of the fjord and the mountains. From the balcony, we admired impressive northern lights several times. In the fireplace, we made it romantically cozy in frosty outside temperatures. We highly recommend the "Sea Mountain Cabin" and Tor.
