Beautiful place inside and out. They warn of connection issues but I really didn’t have a problem at all. Nice fire pit area next to the cottage AND next to the river. I really wish I booked for longer. Fantastic host

We stayed at Reagan's cottage in the woods for our short babymoon weekend. It was the perfect, quiet retreat we were looking for. We had a lovely dinner out in Leesburg and otherwise enjoyed the peaceful accommodations in the woods. Thanks for a great stay!

What an amazing view! Every room is perfectly decorated. Anything you could possibly need was available. We visited during a cold spell so enjoyed the indoor fireplace, complete with plenty of fire starters, seasoned logs, and s’mores fixings! Enjoyed meeting Ozzy the tortoise. Also spotted deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, and a rabbit. We had our binoculars but didn’t get them out as Ally supplied a better pair. Ally responded quickly to questions. We had a terrific anniversary and highly recommend you book here.

The house is beautiful and homey, set on a stunning landscape. A mountain ridge from the blue mountains sets to the east, with woods surrounding all other sides. It is quiet and peaceful. The perfect spot if you’re looking to go hiking in the national park, or to just have some peace and quiet. The host was wonderful and kind.

We stayed at this property the weekend of our wedding and it was perfect! The house and surrounding area were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was clean and stocked well with supplies. All the amenities listed were present and functioned well. Jeanne was a wonderful host! She was very responsive and made us feel right at home! We couldn't recommend this Airbnb more and can’t wait to visit again!

A lovely cabin, and lovely hosts! They hosted our family get together and is was an absolute pleasure. Everything was in great working order, and was possibly the best stocked AirBnB I have ever been to in terms of having everything we needed. The location was quiet and tucked in the woods but still easy to get to, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. One of the least fussy short term rental experiences I have had. Our large family with kids and dogs felt right at home. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute to stay here again. Thank you!

Brian was a proactive and responsive host with a beautiful cabin! The pictures did not do this space justice. If you want a slice of tranquility in the mountain this is your space. I would recommend this area and host to anyone!

Excellent stay at a super reasonable price for the area over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very cozy, super comfortable and clean, and walkable to shops and restaurants in Upperville. Only a short drive to Middleburg. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Everything was top notch, pictures don't do the location justice. The ambiance is peaceful quiet fresh air beautiful views, the house is as listed and more, You get what you paid for. This is a dream place. Everything was well designed with good taste on appliances, decor, furnitures, linens… You have the feeling of being in a magazine model house. You have everything you need and more! I stayed in contact with Danielle who didn’t measured efforts to quickly give any extra support that we needed. Thank you! The window view was stunning, the bathtub well cleaned, and all the kitchen utensils in great condition. We will definitely come back!

This cabin is the perfect spot for a retreat in the woods while still within a 15 minute drive to a lovely, vibrant main street with shops and restaurants. Richard and Rebecca are excellent hosts who are as warm as they are proactive and responsive! Can’t recommend this place enough.

It’s an amazing stay, will go back again. I made it there with my front wheel drive sedan, but I would suggest going with a high clearance AWD SUV. I was lucky with the dry dirt and gravel road at the time I was there so I didnt get stuck, but I think it did hurt my car’s suspension a little bit lol Other than that, place is really cozy, comfy, peaceful, more than amazing views and really private.

Loved our stay! We were here from DC mainly to hike and relax and the space was perfect for both! Location is close to the north entrance of Shenandoah National Park which was wonderful. We cooked most meals in the unit and it was well equipped for basic meals. Beds were comfy, AC/heaters worked great, and the views were spectacular. Host was lovely and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

Danielle and Shannon were excellent. They communicated very well prior to and during our stay. When we got bad luck with a flat tire, Shannon went above and beyond the night before we were leaving to make sure she could help in anyway she could. We had a beautiful time at this peaceful chalet.

Amazing place for littles and parents! The playground is great, there are toys, books and puzzles for kids to play with. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want for cooking, and there is a great coffee set-up (as shown in the pictures). The beds were very comfortable! (Always a big deal for me). And the hot tub and deck are so nice! The whole very clean, but still felt very comfortable and homey. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, this place is perfect. Remote with beautiful trails nearby to explore the river. Would absolutely come back!

We had an amazing stay, it's a very well equipped cabin, in an amazing, beautiful and very quiet place, exactly the kind of retreat we were looking for. Great mountais view. The nearby town is also very quiet and receptive, where it's easy to buy food and supplies. Su and her husband are amazing people and always willing to help. I can't wait to go back.

Home was clean and as described. It was large and roomy. Outside had a nice yard to play in. Harper’s Ferry town and the national historic park are amazing places to visit. Lots to do and see even in March. I would visit again and stay at this home again.
