Our stay was excellent! The house is extremely comfortable, functional and safe, as well as being close to the center, bakery, market and pharmacy. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The host Enéas was super helpful and friendly. We have already nominated for family and friends and we will definitely return more often!

Home is exactly as in the listing photos, the past instructions are very clear. The housekeeper, Claudenir, responds quickly and is super solicitous, kind and polite. The house had trimmed grass, clean pool, well-equipped clean house and straightened. We went with our little dogs who loved the space with grass, the house is tightly closed so there is no danger of escape. It is about 600m from the beach of Pauba which in a few days looked like a swimming pool, but in the first one it was more angry, it is a very quiet beach of movement, very familiar. We will definitely return.

Townhouses with no surprises, corresponds to the advertisement. A refuge in the midst of nature, a quiet and cozy place. Quiet Condominium, which I was able to spend pleasant days with my family. Casa clean and organized, air conditioning in the bedrooms for the warm nights of the coast and barbecue on a deck with a beautiful landscape of the forest. In the morning with luck, it is possible to see beautiful birds visiting the banana trees.

PLACE OF PEACE!!! Marcelo, excellent host! Whether in the photos and/or the listing description, everything matches what we found. Chalé cozy. Marcelo's explanations to get to the house are accurate. Several suggestions of restaurants were given by Marcelo. All great. One of them is the Taioba Restaurant, next to the house. Very good. Polite neighbourhood. The birds adorn the surroundings and rejoice the atmosphere with the symphony of its corners. The trunks of the backyard trees show reddish lichens that are indicators of PURE air (ZERO POLLUTION). We recommend this house, a haven of peace!!!

We love the place and the location. Great place to explore the beaches of the southern part. The Hosts were very attentive. We would definitely come back.

Highly recommend. The house is in paradise. Silence and privacy. Beyond the woods that are amazing. The path is dirt and I got rain, it's not good, but I did it without giving great work. What's worth it is for you to rest in this getaway after a day at the beach and a lot of silence. Drive and motorcycle are good. I don't recommend it without transportation. And with vehicle is next to several beach options with 10 and 15 min. In addition, Thaís is a great host.

Simple , cozy house with a huge lawn and a beautiful sea view. It has nearby markets and restaurants and the beginning of the Pauba to Maresias trail is close to tbm. Don't forget to bring repellent.

Eder’s place feels like a small piece of paradise. There are 2 fantastic beaches at walking distance (Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas), and a short drive can take you to Santiago, Maresias and more. The place is really spacious, well maintained and beautifully decorated. All amenities and utensils were available and we had no challenges grilling everyday in the balcony. The place is well ventilated with well placed air cons, a must during summer in Brazil. Eder himself was very friendly, responsive and provided cristal clear instructions on how to manage everything. Unforgettable stay, for sure we will return.

We love our stay, impeccable chalet clean, comfortable and extremely cozy! Jeannine even far away in another country proved a candy and the homemade Luciano on site simply helpful and interested in our well-being. We will be sure to remember with affection the days we stayed in the place and if we have the opportunity to return to Ilhabela, this will be our place to spend more days. What a blessed place! As soon as I arrived I noticed the cleanliness of the place. All clean smelly. Hosts are always willing to help. But the best thing is to enjoy the little river and the fresh air from the balcony. I will come back for sure!

What a beautiful place! Maressa was very hospitable, kind, treating us as if we were family, even in her baby shower we went. Your son Tiago is a sweetheart, and also very receptive, as well as the owner Hosana mother of Maressa, very friendly, communicative and very receptive as well. I assure you it was the best stay I have ever had! The place is amazing, with a wonderful view - besides that it is close to everything. The hostess is very attentive, she gave us local tips to enjoy even better the stay on the island and responded very quickly. Everything was wonderful, I'm sure I'll be back a lot more times!

airbnb note 4,5: Otima Reception, very attentive hosts, helped us with all our questions about the island and the hosting, it was a high point of hosting. About the house: space even better than in the photos, very beautiful, large and cozy. Great security, in a gated condominium, walking us at night in several days without the least concern. Location: Great close to the historical center and the northern beaches, but it is really steep, in a hill. Improvement points for the house: fridge does not freeze well, it would be cool a mirror beyond the bathroom to get ready, the shower needs a cleaning to unclog the water outlet, and has few basic cooking utensils/ seasonings.

We love the house, very cozy, clean pool and cared for every day by the housekeeper. Perfect Space, my family loved it. near the beach, but we drove to take what was needed. Anyway super recommend!!

We have nothing to complain about César, his wife and the place. Best hosts we've ever had! Super polite, considerate and own a wonderful place, really the chalet delivers what it promises and even more. Surely we will come back more often there, because I had never seen a view with such a beautiful and amazing landscape as we saw at the chale. Thanks for everything!!
