Home is exactly as in the listing photos, the past instructions are very clear. The housekeeper, Claudenir, responds quickly and is super solicitous, kind and polite. The house had trimmed grass, clean pool, well-equipped clean house and straightened. We went with our little dogs who loved the space with grass, the house is tightly closed so there is no danger of escape. It is about 600m from the beach of Pauba which in a few days looked like a swimming pool, but in the first one it was more angry, it is a very quiet beach of movement, very familiar. We will definitely return.

I've stayed at the chalet other times and I know I'll be back. Guaecá is a wonderful beach and the chalet is very close to the beach, has a nice backyard, full of plants, table with chairs and the doors of the room and bedroom open to this area, which ends up giving the feeling of being inside and outside at the same time. Marcelo and Mr Olair are very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Chalet in a safe condominium with spectacular view. We were greeted late at night and very well because we had an unforeseen with another accommodation and we were with family. Even the condominium porter is super helpful. Communicative host and responds quickly, super attentive. The view is breathtaking. Great location. For those who are afraid of steep climbs or mobility difficulties may not be interesting. It can be a place for sunbathing and there is a shower for those who do not want to go to the beach.

Highly recommend. The house is in paradise. Silence and privacy. Beyond the woods that are amazing. The path is dirt and I got rain, it's not good, but I did it without giving great work. What's worth it is for you to rest in this getaway after a day at the beach and a lot of silence. Drive and motorcycle are good. I don't recommend it without transportation. And with vehicle is next to several beach options with 10 and 15 min. In addition, Thaís is a great host.

Espaço bom in the midst of nature, near the waterfall of the Três Tombos. You can go to Witch's beach on foot. I went walking with my dog Bela several times ( beach does not accept petz). But, it is possible to keep a dog , in the marina next to the beach. When we got down by car it was very easy to get a spot on the streets. You don't have to leave the car in the parking lot. Gratitude to Mr. Brau !!!

The little cottage is extremely cozy, everything was well clean and according to the photos. The beach is nearby and has plenty of nearby trading options and also a waterfall just a few kms away. Host Roberta and her father were super attentive. We love it in the stadia, I recommend.

Simply wonderful, very beautiful place, a peace, extremely clean and organized, Jeannine an amazing, polite person, we went on honeymoons and was greeted with champagne and flowers, a cute, Luciano the very good homemade people, indicated beaches, restaurants, left pharmacy numbers, deliverys if we needed, zero defects, the waterfall inside the space is beautiful, sleeping to her sound was very relaxing! Eyes closed Indico, here in the app was my best experience, I'll be back for sure!

What a blessed place! As soon as I arrived I noticed the cleanliness of the place. All clean smelly. Hosts are always willing to help. But the best thing is to enjoy the little river and the fresh air from the balcony. I will come back for sure!

What a beautiful place! Maressa was very hospitable, kind, treating us as if we were family, even in her baby shower we went. Your son Tiago is a sweetheart, and also very receptive, as well as the owner Hosana mother of Maressa, very friendly, communicative and very receptive as well. The place is beautiful, well taken care of, the very kind housekeeper, the owner quickly responds to the messages. The only point of attention is access, people with some kind of mobility difficulties or elderly may encounter some difficulty, was the case of my mother, yet with patience we were able to make the most of it. It's well worth it!

Vanessa has welcomed us very well! The house was super clean and is like the pictures! The waterfall was a wonderful differential, it's very good! The location of the house is also very good, less than 20 min walk to the center of Perequê!

Eder’s place feels like a small piece of paradise. There are 2 fantastic beaches at walking distance (Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas), and a short drive can take you to Santiago, Maresias and more. The place is really spacious, well maintained and beautifully decorated. All amenities and utensils were available and we had no challenges grilling everyday in the balcony. The place is well ventilated with well placed air cons, a must during summer in Brazil. Eder himself was very friendly, responsive and provided cristal clear instructions on how to manage everything. Unforgettable stay, for sure we will return.

i will come back but I super recommend a paradisiacal place with a lot of convenience, very requested and welcoming hosts was an immense pleasure this experience

A beautiful place!! The little house on the beach is as shown in the photos. Spotless, clean, quaint, and inviting! The scenery is heavenly and the exit gate is no more than 3 meters from the descent to the river which was never higher than a little higher than our knees to cross to the beach. Despite the intense heat it was always cool inside sometimes with the air conditioning but mostly with the fans it was enough. María de Lourdes is always attentive to our needs and doubts and with Antonio we were also able to count for entry, departure but also for any questions or difficulties. We spent a few beautiful and very particular days, surrounded by nature and with the necessary amenities for comfort! I would definitely be back!!

Excellent stay, considering the disputed period of the new year. Practical, clean, organized and safe accommodation. Located at the end of Maresias beach, it is therefore necessary to walk about 10min towards the beginning to reach more restaurants. Overall, great place to stay. Extremely polite and helpful owners and employees. Recommend!

The stay was great, close to beach as we wanted. Location exactly as described. Because it is surrounded by the forest and nature, it is the tip for the next guests to bring a raquet or repellent socket for pernilongs.

We love the house, very cozy, clean pool and cared for every day by the housekeeper. Perfect Space, my family loved it. near the beach, but we drove to take what was needed. Anyway super recommend!!
