The well-equipped kitchen, had everything. Positive to the location, very quiet and without noise, the building had a grocery store on the first floor that made the days even easier. Beautiful Apartment in Campinas. Certainly one of the best options to stay in Campinas if your goal is to relax and enjoy some time with someone special. The place was clean, safe and very quiet. The house has a lot of things, from cooking utensils, some ingredients like cooking oil and salt, as well as clean towels and linen. One thing that turned out to be boring was that the gym and the sauna were under maintenance during the period of our stay, so if this is something you're looking for, it's always good to ask before, but for us it didn't turn out to be such a bad thing either, because the place itself was already worth every penny we paid. The location is also great, with many restaurants within a radius of a walk of about 10~15 minutes, and also with the grove of the Jequitibás, a beautiful park, very close to the building. On the days we stayed there was no football match, but it is worth keeping an eye out for this, as the Guarani stadium, Brinco D’Ouro, is practically next to the building.

Very good accommodation, I spent 11 days for an event and served me very well. The apartment is really small but it serves two people. Good and well located building

Positives: Ap is well located, has the necessary furniture and equipment for a good stay, the host was very receptive and communicative, the building is new and very pleasant, with swimming pools, gym, laundry and convenience; the concierge service, in relation to safety, cleaning and landscaping is excellent, both at the main entrance and in the garage, with well dressed and attentive porters, security cameras, entrance hall, elevators, and other very well cleaned dependencies; the building's trash, which is located in the 6th basement, is well removed from the Ap and the ballroom, very clean and without bad smells. Negative point: the building is very close (next) to the "city party area" in which the city holds concerts, that is, on the days of parties there is noise until midnight (less evil than the Ap is on the 21st floor). Improvement suggestion: put an electric oven and/or an air fyer. In the general context I can say I liked it and recommend it.

I have only compliments, wonderful place, quiet and with a lot of privacy. We were looking for quiet and we found the perfect place. Yara responds very quickly and makes us comfortable. The amount charged was super fair in view of what the property offers. If possible for sure we will be back.

The Chácara is comfortable, it is noticed that it was built with affection, care and dedication. The planned furniture in the kitchen, the air conditioning of the rooms, the refrigerator and freezer, the spacious table all made a difference for us during the stay. It has large pots, which made our life easier in the kitchen. Lucas and Mrs. Fabíola were great with us and supported us promptly during the stay. Ah, the Wi-Fi works very well, my family liked it so much that if they could buy the farm.

Boa Internet, simple but clean space. and do not fail to climb the roof to get a panoramic view of the city...where from 0 to be seen to the peak of Jaraguá. Very nice to stay in the canopy, especially if it's hot. Only one little rsrs pool was missing.
