The place is highly recommended for the comfort,cleanliness, facilities of the chalet. The lagoon view is really beautiful. NOs feel like home and the hosts Cesar and Olga are very friendly, always attentive to what we require. We loved being there. THANK YOU for everything that made us feel right at home and as a family. The apartment was cozy and homey, and we had everything we needed. Rut greeted us and showed us around the apartment and answered all questions we had. She is super friendly and kind. It was about a 10-minute walk to the centre of town. We would recommend staying at Rut’s place!

Big spacious house for a very good price! We asked to drop off our luggage earlier, because we didn't have a car, and Tami let us check in earlier, that was very nice, thank you! We stayed here a week. Away from the city noise, but still not far from Otavalo. The Poncho plaza was 5-10 min by taxi. It was never a problem to catch taxi near the house. And there are two little shops just a minute away from the house where you can get everything you need for cooking and snacks. There are two sweet lovely dogs on the property that made us smile, and the view from the balcony on the Imambura volcano was just amazing. Thank you!

Relaxing Puntales Bajo Getaway with Jacuzzi

Alejandra's stay is very pleasant. The house is in very good condition and quite clean. The surroundings of the hacienda and the landscape are beautiful. You can walk and use bicycles. Mr. Hugo who takes care of the hacienda is very friendly and very responsive. There are a few extra activities that Alejandra sends inside with an extra cost, including the jacuzzi and Turkish, especially worth it when it's cold. Alejandra is very flexible and is always there. In addition to the stay and facilities, we had a small family gathering with barbecue and everyone had a great time.
