Great location, insanely beautiful interior, great gym , swimming pool with a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa, various activities, master classes , Jazil was responsive , also organized prompt delivery of towels separate for the pool, for which special gratitude .

Loved the home, paid attention to small details like, bathroom had good shower gel, shampoo, conditioner from body shop which is something i personally use; felt very thoughtful. The room even had cornflakes too ☺️

We absolutely loved this apartment it was very clean and modern and felt homely it had everything you need.The bed was very comfy so was the bedding,it is in a quite area but had lovely restaurants within walking distance.Tosin always responded quickly we will definitely be staying here again.Thank you Tosin

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

We had an amazing time staying at Schahin’s place! It was according to our expectations and matched the description. Our family felt welcome and taken care of by Schahin and Sheyma. Always helpful and responsive to any of our questions and inquiries. Schahin was so kind to let us store our bags at his own place while we waited for apartment to be cleaned. He also presented us with some local sweets to make us feel at home. Overall great experience!! We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great location, and perfectly sized apartment for both short & long-term stays

The apartment itself is great. It is on the 35th floor, nice views from the balcony. A bit noisy as construction works (buildings nearby) never stops in Dubai, but not disappointed. Very clean, very comfortable, beds are great, kitchen is fully equipped. Dragos was always responsive. The only negative moment is reception and security of the building. I have lived permanently in Dubai for more than a year, visited many buildings and have never seen such ridiculous security system. Everybody is allowed to enter the building only when they show access card. We were a group of 3 persons and had only 1 access card. That was super uncomfortable. I witnessed multiple conflicts at the reception from the owners who own the apartments not being able to pass through the lifts (not talking about guests who rent). However they collect everybody’s passports with photo and then they say it is not enough, only access cards matter :))) Ok, anyway - the apartment itself is great

Our family stayed comfortably for a week, just like at home. Zamil guided us perfectly in advance so that we would not feel any inconvenience during our stay. The location of the accommodation was also fantastic, so we could walk around the lake every morning and evening. There were also many markets and restaurants nearby, so it was convenient to use. The metro station was also very close, so it was the perfect location for traveling around Dubai.

Jose's apartment is very cozy, clean and spacious. There is everything you might need and even more. The view from the balcony is incredible. Jose was super friendly and always kin to help, in case there is any questions. We will definitely come back for the next trip. Excellent place to stay for short and long time to discover Dubai.

Our stay at Juan’s apartment was perfect! The location is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa and is walkable. Juan was very responsive to any questions and requests that we had, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. I will love to return to stay here on my next Dubai trip!

This place is very well located, small little apartment perfect for us with our daughter. It has everything one would need for a week. Plus the host is very responsive. I would definitely come back here.

Great place for family vacation. The host is responsive and quick to amend/help if anything is not working. Has almost all amenities in the house you may require. Best experience if you have your own car as most things are at 10-15 min drive. You can use apps to get stuff delivered to you which is easy and convenient. Overall great experience

Awesome place and even great host Michael. The apartment is near to most of the most and it will take max 10-15 mins to reach. The apartment is very peaceful with great neighbourhood and restaurants both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Apartment is clean and kitchen has everything you will need to make anything you like. Overall a 5/5 for me.

The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. The villa is situated in a lovely gated estate and its very quiet and we had everything we needed in the villa for a pleasant stay. The lake behind is lovely as is the heated pool. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Joe the housekeeper came every couple of days to clean. It was let down by the tired furniture, not what one would call luxury and the WiFi is bad. Belal did arrive with a new extender kit but it was near the end of our stay. The air conditioning was working well but did smell of mould upstairs. There is NO tennis court just a few steps away it must have been removed, the nearest court is a 7 min drive away. The nearest supermarket “The Spinneys” is a 25 minute walk. The Marina and Palm are a 20 min drive and the Burj Khalifa a 30 min drive. The places to visit in Dubai are amazing and I would go back and stay at this villa if the Wifi is sorted.

A true Arabian styled villa, Ehab is a wonderful host he did accommodated us in the last minute and supported us with an early check in, the check in was very smooth, the villa is spacious and well decorated plenty of interesting books around, a breakfast or dinner at the garden patio is so intimating. A highly recommended place for tranquility and accessibility. Thank you Ehab for being a super host.
