My first airbnb experience, and this experience was great. Away from the hustle and bustle of dubai downtown. Designated parking spot and gym were amazing! The terrace had my heart, coming from Riyadh where you dont really see terraces that common

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

Great communication with the host, they were flexible with the checkin. Great view into the city center. It’s a little outside of the heart of the center, but close to a metro. So that makes up for it. Looks like in the pictures. Bathrooms and kitchen area was nice. Pool at the roof is also an amazing feature. Would recommend staying there with a group of friends. Unfortunately no restaurants in this area.

A true Arabian styled villa, Ehab is a wonderful host he did accommodated us in the last minute and supported us with an early check in, the check in was very smooth, the villa is spacious and well decorated plenty of interesting books around, a breakfast or dinner at the garden patio is so intimating. A highly recommended place for tranquility and accessibility. Thank you Ehab for being a super host.

Sherif’s place is an absolute gem! The apartment truly lives up to its description of luxury, offering access to a gym and a swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable – so close to Dubai Mall, Downtown, and other key attractions. But the highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the views! Waking up to the sight of the majestic Burj Khalifa and its sparkling lights in the evening is a memory I will cherish forever. Mornings are serene, and nights are simply magical. You could spend hours just soaking in the beauty of the skyline from the comfort of the apartment. The space is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Sherif was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a must-stay if you’re in Dubai!

Zunaid is a remarkable person, concerned about his hosts and their comfort, he was always available and responsive during our stay. The studio has everything from a large, modern and tastefully decorated. Bottles of water, mango juice, a beautiful fruit baskets were waiting for us upon arrival. All offered free of charge! When we arrived extremely late, almost 2:00 am, Omid warmly greeted us with a smile, he even helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. He clearly provided us with all the information about the accommodation as well as very useful information about the activities, attractions and restaurants that are in the area. Note that Omid is an extremely polite, available and discreet person. Zunaid and Omid have made sure that we have a great memory of our time in Dubai. Many thanks to them!

The apartment has amazing location! The elevator takes you directly to Zabeel shopping center (part of the Dubai Mall), so you can shop, have breakfast in bistros and coffees or do something. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to Dubai Mall. Parking available! The apartment is very nice, furnished with attention to detail and still. The kitchen is well equipped. Large balcony is great! Washing machine is also very convenient. Mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Communication with Kristina was very good. Unfortunately, the safe was broken and we couldn't use it. Despite off air conditioning was quite cold in the apartment. What bothered us a lot was the chicken right next to the house, which creaked every night, was also audible with closed windows and we had to sleep with earplugs. Last night at 3 o'clock Ferueralarm triggered and screamed every 5 minutes:( Otherwise everything is fine!!
