Very nice apartment, with sea views and the Chausey Islands, as described. Comfortable bedding. Perfect quiet (although the building is located on the road from Granville to Coutance, the apartment overlooks the sea and we have not heard any traffic). Morgan is a proactive, friendly and attentive host. I recommend it without hesitating!

The apartment is in a great location close to the beach and cabins. The interior is decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. Small restaurant very well nearby, making everything easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome and their little touches. We'll be happy to go back!

Thank you so much for your welcome. The accommodation is well located, easy parking close by. Has the minimum daily requirements. Maybe there's a lack of insulation between apartments. Street so if the window is open, you can hear traffic. But I quickly abstained because the beach is just around the corner and the purpose of my stay was not to stay at the apartment. I will come back without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at Sébastien and Isabelle's. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and very charming, perfectly matching the photos and descriptions, quiet and well soundproofed, easy access and close to the city center. In fact, Granville can easily be discovered on foot. Thoughtful and attentive hosts, flexible on schedules, especially for checkout on Sunday at the end of the morning. A great choice with a good value for the money. We would unreservedly recommend the accommodation of Sébastien Et Isabelle.

Very good stay in the middle of winter in this cozy accommodation, located very close to the beach. The bedding is of good quality, the kitchen utensils are new and quality too. Thank you for everything! (PS: I recommend the pizzeria "Le chalet des dunes" 4 min walk from the accommodation:D)

An extended weekend at the top, Emmanuel is very welcoming and attentive which allowed us to have a pleasant stay . And the horseback ride, a plus that ended our stay in style. Not to mention the relaxing moment in the accuzi , a delight . A cottage to recommend without hesitation 😉

Very nice apartment faithful to the photos. The private Spa is very spacious for 2, and at the right temperature. The kitchen has the right amenities, it's nice to spend a few days on site. We loved our night with my wife in a home with a Spa near Mont Saint Michel!
