We stayed 2 nights in the two apartments with 3 teenagers who were over the moon to have access to all the gaming experience available. We walked easily into the town centre for some lovely restaurants and also had within 5 minutes walk access to supermarkets and a boulangerie. Parking was easy in the street and we felt in a safe neighbourhood. There is a lot of care put in the style of the apartments which adds to the gaming experience.

The place was perfect. Close to the banks of the Loire and 5 minutes from the city center by car, about 15 minutes by foot along a beautiful tree-lined avenue. Well-equipped accommodation and friendly welcome, it's very appreciated.

Four weeks of workation - it was simply great. The room was even big enough for two people and very tastefully furnished. The chamber with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, vapoo cleaner was extremely convenient. We felt very comfortable there. The value for money was unbeatable. We also liked the somewhat remote location, took the tram to the city or ran down. Dear Marlene, Thank you very much.

i recommend this accommodation both for the quality of its layout where nothing is missing and where everything is thought to facilitate the stay; both for its location ( very well located for visiting the city and going to a drunk boat concert), both by the quality of the welcome of its host. I will not hesitate to stay there again if I have the opportunity to come back to Tours

Great stay, everything matches the listing photos. Extremely responsive and caring host. only small downside: a mini hot water concern that prevents you from fully enjoying the great hot tub otherwise it was perfect.

Great apartment with easy access on the first floor. Make sure you get the Flowbird parking app if you bring your own car so you can pay for parking easier and cheaper than at the parking stations. Overall great experience and highly recommend.
