Great place for a family next to the Sea. 10min (nice) walk to Pizzo center. Everything just perfect.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Filippo’s place was a spacious little gem with an incredible view over the coastline. The apartment was clean and airy, with lots of personal touches from his Sicilian heritage. The view is from the front door veranda next to the walk way rather than a balcony but it really doesn’t matter, it’s stunning. The location is great for getting into both Scilla and Chianalea but beware of the stairs, there really are a lot of them, but as long as you have no mobility issues it should be totally manageable! Filippo was also very communicative and quick to respond so that was very helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would come back again.

the apartment, in addition to being very clean and tidy, has an optimal location: near the center of Soverato, within walking distance of a free but not very crowded beach, which allows you to relax and fully enjoy your stay. The view from the balcony and window is priceless. Francois was very kind, punctual and exhaustive. 5 stars

Lidia's house is great, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has 2 terraces. Also, the pool is a plus of the accommodation, it is great to be able to cool down just a short walk from the house. Lidia was very attentive to us, she answered very quickly to everything we asked and recommended restaurants and beaches nearby to know. The only thing he doesn't have is ref wifi but for us that was no problem. We were very quiet in the unit, it has supermarkets nearby and the beaches, by car, are very close. We loved staying here, I would definitely recommend this place. The host is 10!

We spent the Christmas holidays in Giulia's precious apartment. Beautiful, cozy, bright and equipped with everything you need to spend even a few days. Very close to all the sights of the area such as Capo Vaticano, Zambrone and Vibo Valentia and above all with a guaranteed sea view. Giulie was a super responsive and available host. She's certainly The place I would definitely go back in the summer. I literally loved this place, a very comfortable bed and a well-served area. Thanks again Giulia❤️

Cristian was very responsive and helpful, he picked us up from the train station and we stopped at the supermarket for any heavy shopping we wanted which was so helpful. The accommodation and the grounds were great, the pool areas well maintained and peaceful, with amazing views.

Marisa's welcome was as warm as the sunset from the apartment: Spectacular! Very available in everything, courteous and attentive to details. The apartment is brand new, super cozy and equipped with everything, not far from the strategic bridges but located in a quiet place where you can spend nice evenings in relaxation. We had a great time at Nuala's apartment! The view from the house of Stromboli is enviable, strategic to get around by car and visit the surrounding areas. Just a few minutes from Tropea and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Dei!
