Super easy check in and check out and the location couldn’t have been better for us. We felt right at home with plenty of space for every one. The house had everything we needed. Our hosts were also proactive in their communication making it a breeze to check in, stay, and check out.

Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

Such a great place to stay! Carole was a communicative, welcoming, and accommodating host who clearly takes great care to provide guests with the best stay possible. Would highly recommend this spot for folks who want to enjoy some of Austin’s food truck scene as there’s a cute food truck park nearby at the corner of Elizabeth street and S 1st street (Bananarchy was a particular favorite).

Fabulous place!! We had a group of 6 in town for a football game and this house was perfect!! Would definitely stay again if back in Austin.

This home was everything we expected and more. Location was great. The home was clean and very roomy. My family and my self enjoyed it and will definitely rebook when we go back to Austin. Rayan was very helpful and responsive when I reached out to him.

Aaron’s place checked every box. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and activities in walking distance, including Zilker Park and the River Trail. The space is comfortable, modern, and very well equipped. Aaron is very accommodating and responsive. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Susan and Navid are excellent hosts and communicators. The Austin house is unique and in an excellent location. It is also very clean. The instructions/rules are longer than we are accustomed to getting, but they were very clear and accessing the house was straightforward. Note that the rules do not authorize wearing shoes in the house. We typically wear shoes in our house, so this was slightly inconvenient but fine. Also, the house looks very cool from the outside with the large windows, but due to the exposure (it's on a moderately busy street), we never raised the screens. Just something to be aware of. Everything was very efficient, worked well, and as described.

Amazing place 3 blocks from all the things on South Congress. Perfect communication. Neighborhood and home guide at AirBNB was so helpful in feeling like a local. Quiet area for an escape, if needed. Two good size rooms with a jack-and-jill bath, and second bath in the back. Upstairs loft. Roku for nights in. Can't beat the price or location.

Came here for ACL, the bed and breakfast was absolutely amazing. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious. The staff even gave breakfast food. The outside is well maintained. The pool and hottub were a joy. There isn't enough things I can say positive about this listing. if I ever come to Austin again I will definitely come back to this listing. Thank you Cata!

Candice was an incredible host! The location was perfect, the home was beautiful and you could tell she paid a lot of attention to detail to make the home feel special. Also, the instructions and helpful hints she put around the house were awesome! Other airbnb's should take note of how to setup a home. Cannot recommend this place enough! Will be back!

Enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, easy to access, and matched the pictures and the description. The rooms and bathrooms have plenty of space. The drive into downtown austin is about 30-40 depending on traffic. Still a great value considering the amount of beds, the pool, and the overall experience. Highly recommend this stay.

Evan, Lala, and George were great host. Didn’t even seem to mind when I almost burnt down their back yard. Great little getaway for us and was just what we needed. Fire pit was excellent. We will have to come back for the hot tub.

clean, convenient location. met our needs for a friend's get together. only downside was not having a heated pool. the description being Pool Retreat is a bit misleading during this time of the year.

Great house! Perfect location for exploring South Congress and First Streets. Very close to downtown. The backyard is well landscaped and the pool was great after a long day at COTA. Will rent again next time we are in town. Thanks!

Great place. Emlyn was a wonderful host. We booked her place for 3 months to house our crew while we were woking on a construction project. The house had everything the guys needed. No complaints here :) we will book this again.

Nice, quiet neighborhood in a good location. Hosts took care to have all the basic amenities you might need. Clean kitchen with lots of appliances if you're looking to cook. Also nice to have the washer and dryer there.

Carol's place was clean and comfortable and had literally everything we needed. Toiletries, paper products, well-stocked kitchen, cleaning products, garbage bags, games, books...a very walkable location, close to bus lines and walkable to restaurants, Quack's (a much loved bakery). A nearby museum, park and pickleball courts make this a great location to experience Austin. Carol and Alan are generous hosts who will give you the space you need but are always willing to assist in whatever way you need. I appreciated the well-stocked laundry room and lovely patio and fenced yard for our dog.

Great airbnb in the best neighborhood - super convenient to great restaurants, shopping, hike and bike, AND the airport! Home was well set up and clean. Appreciated the Rambler seltzers too!
