The house was very easy to find & the location was perfect. It's within walking distance of the local attractions. The appartement consists of the entire 1st floor & is very spacious. It's equipped with everything you could need during your vacation. We had some issues with the power & heating whilst there so we reached out to the owners Göran & Marianne via the App. They reacted almost immediately & took care of the issue. By the time we got back from our tour the house was cozy & warm again. Thank you onece again for the friendly & prompt reaction 🤗 We had the use of the garage whilst there. This was particularly nice with temperatures between -10°c & -20°c at night. We can highly recommend this house to anyone traveling in the area. We hope to come back again sometime 👍👍

Little slice of heaven, a timeless bubble. The accommodation is warm and inviting, while still being perfectly functional. And the view of the frozen lake is breathtaking. I think we've found the best place to discover Lapland. Thanks for everything Bart, it was perfect!

“Staying in this magical home in Kiruna was an unforgettable experience! The house was both very comfortable and impeccably clean. The biggest privilege was being able to watch the Northern Lights dancing in the sky right from the window or the veranda—truly a breathtaking sight! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. This dome accommodation is just exceptional!!! The large bed, remarkably comfortable, offers an unobstructed view of the northern lights (north-facing ;)) on a frozen lake and the forest. The interior, which is well decorated, clean and fully equipped (cutlery included), combines aesthetics and functionality. The hosts, who are very kind, offer a guided tour to discover the reindeer accompanied by detailed explanations of the Sami culture and are very responsive by message. The sauna, with its breathtaking view of the reindeer, adds extra charm to the experience. Even though the toilets are outside, this is not an inconvenience because they are heated. Can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our week at Marcus' cottage. The location is great, direct access to the river. Marcus always responded very quickly and also made suggestions for activities and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped, it has everything you need and it has a very large refrigerator. We would definitely book the cottage again.

Very kind and communicative host, very helpful. Beautiful cabin, the scenery from the cabin was wildly beautiful. We saw the aura borealis from the window two nights of our trip, if it’s Icy and snowy and you’re in a car with front wheel drive you may have a difficult time getting up the hill, like we did, but overall it was a magical experience

Nature lovers, this is where you need to come! Charming cozy cabin, with sauna and kitchenette nearby, in a very small lakefront village, in a wild nature setting: forest populated by elk (we saw about twenty in a week!), birds, arctic hares, we even saw some misguided reindeer. Near Nikkaluokta: departures for many walks (on foot, skis or snowshoes) including the Kungsleden. The sunrises and sunsets of the surrounding mountains are exceptional. And the night is magical, with extraordinary visibility on the stars (no pollution of urban lights!), and on the aurora! In addition, Magnus offers a remarkable welcome: sending videos, responses and help in real time, very friendly exchanges. Anyway, I highly recommend it and would come back!!!

Good location in the old city center - close to public transport to and from the railway, the airport and the new city center. Small, but cosy, and the spacious bathroom + sauna was a big plus. It's a compact space, and if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, you might have trouble finding room for everything. We were two people with suitcases + backpacks, and they almost took up all the floor space :)

Cozy house with lots of space. Clean and well equipped. Quick and good contact with the landlord. Nice and varied slalom slope nearby. The house is close to the E45 and there is reduced speed past the house. However, we were not bothered by noise from traffic, and slept well at night!

We had an amazing time at the house. We were here for 4 weeks and worked online. The house is very very confortable and wonderfully warm. It was always good to come 'home' after a walk. The area is a little smaller in October, but it was very interesting to see how the ski slope was prepared with last year's snow. It is a true winter sports village. Also, Storforsen (40 km longer) is very worth a visit.
