Airy apartment with green area around, 24-hour concierge, safe with everything working well, 3 minutes from the bus station (7 km from the Center - 20 minutes from the Airport). I recommend it and will return next time.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

The place where it is located is very central and has all kinds of shops close by, you can walk to everyone! The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

We had a very quiet and pleasant stay, very clean and with all the necessary items. Condominium structure, marvellous. The nearest beach has the sea quite agitated, then we ask for indication for Iodete, who indicated to us the Grant beach, which is very close, and with the very calm sea, ideal for children.

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.

There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance to the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close, but it is necessary to unload the car before putting it in the space. The parking space is large, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent bathing. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the building, garage. We found the Mercado da Vila, with the essentials for everyday life, it met our needs. There are two coffee shops and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (request by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunchtime and hamburgers at night. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but you need to use a car. We had a great experience and recommend the space.
