The apartment is large, well furnished. Available TV, air-conditioning and internet. Good shower. Covered garage. Security system in the condominium. Clean, beautiful and pleasant bedding. Utensils needed for those who need to cook. A good service area and place for drying clothes. The location is good, with pizzeria, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, fuel station nearby. The double bed could be more comfortable. There was a little noise in the morning because of the cars that pass on the street, but it's part! Anyway, I highly recommend!

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

Apto. airy with green surrounding area, 24-hour concierge, safe with everything working well, 3 minutes from the Bus Station (7km from the Center - 20 minutes from the Airport). I recommend it and I'll be back next time.

Our Estádia was excellent, the place is perfect for a family vacation, the structure of the condominium meets the needs with children and being on the sea for us was an extremely important point! The trade near the condominium met our needs (there are market, clothing stores, laundry, ice cream shop, coffee, etc.)! The apartment has a great structure, we were in 2 adults and 2 children and served us perfectly. The service of Silvia and Gustavo were excellent!

Joselita's place corresponds 100% with listing. The apartment is very nice and practical, well equipped. The condominium includes swimming pools, sports courts, super organized and safe. There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance of the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close by, but necessary to unload the car before placing it in the space. The vacancy is wide, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent balneability. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the garage building. We found the Vila Market, with the essentials for everyday life, supplied our needs. There are two coffee makers and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (order by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunch and burgers in the evening. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but it is necessary to use the car. We had a great experience and we recommend the space.

The stay was great! The best things are the wonderful view and the easy access to the beach. The condominium is very safe (everything through digital) and very complete, it has many amenities (toys, pool, court, private entrance to the beach, swimming pool, jaccuzi...). The apartment is beautiful and served us very well. It is worth highlighting the follow-up of the host, who was polite, sympathetic and very requested, provided a sensational assistance. Great stay, beach without much movement, rough seas, but great location, well-equipped house, safe condominium with easy access to the sea, outside the pool being heated was the icing of the cake.
