I was a guest for the second time at the last minute with my family, the super attentive host and responds super fast, not to mention that he cares about meeting guests' requests for improvement, the house quietly hosts 4 people, the garage is super large and safe, I highly recommend.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

Apto. airy with green surrounding area, 24-hour concierge, safe with everything working well, 3 minutes from the Bus Station (7km from the Center - 20 minutes from the Airport). I recommend it and I'll be back next time.

It was excellent, the place is wonderful and perished from the beach, overlooking the Ap to the sea. We are very pleased, an incredible leisure time. The pools are always clean.

the second time I stay in Vicente's apartment, we really like it because it's comfortable, it has a pharmacy restaurant market all in a matter of 150 meters, very close to the beach, the car just left the garage to come away.

Excellent apartment, I found it even better in person than in the photos , everything extremely beautiful, super-equipped kitchen, had absolutely everything, all very good airs, comfortable beds, and the condominium itself is great too , it has a market , cafeteria and restaurants, the pools always clean every day , the view of the rooms were beautiful , I was more than satisfied , the hostess who attended us, the mag, a darling , helped us and welcomed us very well!

Joselita's place corresponds 100% with listing. The apartment is very nice and practical, well equipped. The condominium includes swimming pools, sports courts, super organized and safe. There is a loading and unloading area in front of the entrance of the building blocks, the garages are in a specific building, close by, but necessary to unload the car before placing it in the space. The vacancy is wide, easy to park. The beach is practically private for the residents of the condominium, with excellent balneability. The condominium has shops on the ground floor of the garage building. We found the Vila Market, with the essentials for everyday life, supplied our needs. There are two coffee makers and the 7 Mares restaurant, which serves portions on the beach (order by cell phone), as well as executive dishes during lunch and burgers in the evening. Barra Velha has larger supermarkets nearby, but it is necessary to use the car. We had a great experience and we recommend the space.

The stay was great! The best things are the wonderful view and the easy access to the beach. The condominium is very safe (everything through digital) and very complete, it has many amenities (toys, pool, court, private entrance to the beach, swimming pool, jaccuzi...). The apartment is beautiful and served us very well. It is worth highlighting the follow-up of the host, who was polite, sympathetic and very requested, provided a sensational assistance. I indicate with eyes closed!
