Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Johor Bahru District

Great Stay! Super clean and spacious! Owner is very responsive as well.

I recently stayed for 2 nights here and it was clean and nice. Lisa was friendly and responsive to my questions right away. However, one inconvenient aspect was the lifts. There are 4 lifts in the building, but only 2 were operational, which led us to wait about 30 minutes to go up each time, including on the last day when checking out. I even had to walk down around 8 floors to catch the lift because it never come up to my floor for very long which I do not know the reason why. While this isn't the fault of the owner, I think it's worth noting for those planning to stay at this building, especially during peak season. Other than this, I have nothing to say about. Everything was good, especially the location. It is connected to KSL mall with the full of restaurants, nail salons, massage, and shops. I would recommend this place to anyone who fancy the convenience the most in trip, but you want to check again if the lifts are working fine before confirming your stay.

Host is really responsive, my stay has been really great! Very comfortable as well. One of the water heater was not working and the host quick give me solutions they even get the contractor to the house and fix the heater! Thank you so much!

The stay was really good, the place was very convenient as well since it's right above the KSL, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby for us to choose from. The host was very helpful, and overall, the stay was pleasant. However, the additional mattress provided was quite thin, more like a cushion, and unfortunately, it was too hard for my friend to sleep comfortably. It would be great if the host could consider providing a thicker or more comfortable mattress for future guests. Aside from that, everything else was great!

Very good location. Even though it is near a mall which makes it convenient, it still provides the privacy one would wish for a relaxing getaway.

His quick responses and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying at Joshua’s place and can’t wait to return!

The whole place is well-maintained, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Communication with host is great too.
