Great place to stay, beautiful views, very clean and comfortable, high speed internet, definitely will be back!!! Very easy to communicate with owners, always responded within minutes, I can say only positive things about our experience!!!!! 😊

We loved our stay at the perch and we are excited to book again! The house was spacious and comfortable! It was gorgeous and Megan was an amazing host. She was responsive to our questions and always available to offer help.

Sarah was a very kind host. She sent lots of details about the house and was very quick to respond to messages. The house was awesome very roomy, clean, nice bedrooms and just felt very homey. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a nice quiet location with an awesome host.

The place is better than we could imagine for deer camp. She thinks of everything and more for our to make our stay perfect

If I could give it more the 5 stars, I would! Beautiful, cozy home. Fully stocked kitchen, games, movies, etc. Sheri was so helpful and made us feel appreciated and accommodated. Will definitely be back!

Love staying here! Amy has absolutely everything you could need! If you forget your razor, deodorant, etc she’s got you covered! She even has snacks and drinks! Great location and terrific communication!

What a fantastic AirBnB! It was well appointed, the decor was beautiful, and I only wish we could have stayed longer. I will be seeking out this AirBnb for future travel in Paducah!

Very clean and easy to find. It was within walking distance to the venue at the 1857 Hotel so it was perfect for us. It's basically within walking distance to anything downtown by the riverfront.

We loved staying at Hayden’s place for a weekend relaxation for my friend’s upcoming wedding! This is truly a hidden gem in the town. Walkable distance to the casino and multiple restaurants. We had Kyrah from Justified Beauty downstairs do nails and Jillian from Jillian James Esthetics do facials! It was a great relaxing day at a beautiful apartment. Very clean and elegant! The host was very easy to reach and had great communication. Would highly recommend!

Our girls weekend was perfect in this super clean and cozy guesthouse thats perfectly located to explore all the hot spots of downtown Paducah. Very quiet and private, within walking distance to the riverfront and the best restaurants/cocktail bars. Plenty of space for everyone to relax, featuring 2 living areas. All the beds were very comfortable with quality linens, and plenty of towels for everyone. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. George and Suzanne were great hosts and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Paducah!

I loved it here! It was clean and comfortable, and a great location in the downtown area. Lots of restaurants/shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Allyson and Pat were both very pleasant and quick to respond if anything came up. I would definitely recommend staying here. :)

we stayed here to look at houses in the area. the house was awesome, beautiful views of the lake. host was very responsive and even gave us suggestions for our house hunt. very flexible on our check out time. I would highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location in this wonderful and special small town. Beautifully decorated, extremely plush and plentiful towels. We particularly appreciated the extra touches including snacks and beverages. The host was extremely responsive and instructions were clear and complete. We loved this place.

The place was very comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Easy to walk to restaurants, national quilt museum and the delicious ice cream right downstairs.

Sharon's place is our top Airbnb ever; my husband and I stayed 2 nights mid-week in February. The condo is easy to access, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, has excellent lighting, is walking distance to attractions & restaurants, and has a nice river view. Parking is easy. The furniture and bed are all very comfortable; we especially liked the reclining sofa. Bottled water & snacks and blanket throws made our stay more comfortable; towels & bedding are nice quality. The kitchen is well stocked although we didn't do any cooking. The wifi and TV worked well. The thermostat is a breeze to adjust and the heat works great. The condo is on the 2nd floor in a historic building above a street-level shoe store. In the living room area, we heard occasional noises from the shoe store (door shutting?) and there was some traffic noise from the street; to be expected given the location. We had no issues with noise in the bedroom as it's interior; there's a white noise machine to use if needed.

Michael is a friendly, helpful, and responsive host. Check-in was easy and we were able to park near the door. The place was warm and inviting and clean when we arrived. Beds and linens were sooo comfy. We had everything we needed and it’s super close to downtown and eating places. Great location! The host even had some bottled waters and breakfast bars waiting for us which helped us get off to a great start. I did see in another review that there isn’t a curtain for the window on the door, so I came prepared for that. Overall, a great place. Will definitely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

This Airbnb was immaculate! Very impressed with the cleanliness. Not one thing over-looked! I have never seen such a well-appointed rental including high-end appliances. Was very quiet & comfortable. Perfect location as we have a favorite restaurant we walk to!

Host was very accommodating with holding the week for us until we knew for sure how long my husband would be in town working. Responded quickly and was very understanding.
