Vacation rentals with breakfast in Johnson City

We booked with Casey very last-minute when our scheduled Air BnB in the area turned out to be very different than described and couldn’t accommodate our group. We were in a huge bind, and Casey not only came to our rescue but was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and flexible. We loved the house! It was perfect for our group and close to Beech Mtn ski slope. The view is beautiful, the house is spacious and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again- and probably will!

5 STARS! All the reviews are true! Tanya’s home and surrounding land is beautiful. Her place is more than just a rental, it was an actual Experience, more like your own personal Bed and Breakfast. We enjoyed sleeping in a super comfortable bed, with the windows open, listening to the nighttime sounds of the mountains. Mornings were a definite highlight with amazing breakfasts. While Tanya is happy to prepare you breakfast and leave you to it, she is also happy to chat and answer any questions you may have. My husband and I really enjoyed our morning conversations with Tanya. Should you have the unfortunate need to work during your stay, there are plenty of different areas you can set up shop. The internet connection is good and I was able to log onto my VPN with no issues. All in all we loved our visit and will be back. Thanks so much Tanya!

This house and neighborhood are adorable, quiet and friendly. The town of Elizabethton is full of history! The beds in the house are very comfortable. Great value for a comfy stay.

Heathers place was amazing. She was very welcoming and let us feel right at home. She had fridge and pantry stocked, all the right stuff for kids and infants, had lots of cleaning products and the essentials for us when we arrived- milk, eggs and coffee! She even greeted us with some colorful grippy socks and a bottle of wine. Heather was very detailed with her instructions and even went out of her way to warn us about some potholes on the road so we were aware. Everything was beautifully themed! Our family had a wonderful time and will be back for more fun in the fall!

The home was cozy and pet friendly. Loved the cottage furnishings. Theresa was a gracious host who checked on us when we got there to let us know if we needed anything to call her. Check in and out was simple and easy. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here because my daughter lives in the neighborhood. As for things to do, Linville Falls, Banner Elk, Boone, etc are all very close. Newland is such a great little town. The house is perfect for a family get together. It has more than enough space and the house is fully stocked with necessities. I had to work 2 of the days I was there and the internet was perfect for my needs.

I stayed with Brooke for a very long time. She became the first family I had out here, moving from across the country. Brooke is so kind, generous, easy to get along with, intelligent, funny, respectful, and such a pleasure to be around. Her house truly felt like a home and was so easy to become mine. She has a great judge of character, so cohabiting with other guests was no issue for me, and this is coming from someone who would rather live solo! The vibes of the home were excellent. Cooper is such a sweet and calm dog, I felt very fortunate to have him there. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing, my favorite thing to do was walk/run throughout Erwin. It’s backed up right along the Blue Ridge Mountains! The feel of the backyard throughout the different seasons made for an excellent place of rest. I had all the amenities I ever needed. Johnson City (the hubbub) is a short 20 minute drive away (I loved taking the backroads to get there). I will always love and cherish my time here.

Joan and her husband were very accommodating, communicated well, and it was great to get to chat with them for a little while during the tasty home-made breakfast Joan prepared. Location is an easy walk to downtown Abingdon.

This is a beautiful tranquil piece of paradise on the NC. Mountains. The land and the inn are beautiful place to enjoy a quiet weekend. Suzanne is a gracious host and her fruit compote in the morning is delicious. I look forward to coming back!

We LOVED staying at Alluring BnB! It was the perfect New Years base location to ski at Sugar and Beech Mountain. It was very peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The breakfasts were to die for and the hosts were attentive while still ensuring we had our privacy. Al even helped us make a fire in their outdoor firepit. We cannot say enough good things about our experience here! Highly, highly recommend!!
