If you are looking for somewhere to pause, breathe & smile then the Noddle is for you. A real opportunity to switch off & enjoy Island life. An eco friendly home with all mod cons if you need them but this is a real opportunity to step away. There’s one shop on the Island of Hoy which opens in the morning & afternoon about 30 minutes across the Island so do bring most of what you need as there are two fridges & a freezer. There is also a regular ferry service for Island hopping so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Spacious bungalow in a lovely peaceful location. Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. We visited a few places and it was good to come back to a cosy, warm home. Nice wee cove a couple of minutes walk from the house which the dog loved. Wilma was lovely and left a very thoughtful gift for us and for the dog! We would love to go back at some point as it would be a fabulous place to see the Northern Lights. Thank you Wilma, for allowing us to stay in your home. We hope to see you in the future!

We had an amazing stay at the Boatshed! We live locally and stayed for 2 weeks while our kitchen was refurbished and to be honest we didn't want to go home. The property is super modern and clean but also felt cozy and homely. Easy to find, great parking and outdoor space. Kenny was a great communicator - we had a couple of questions for him during our stay, and he couldn't have been more responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed for our stay and Kenny also arranged a mid stay clean, which was excellent. We enjoyed getting to know Findhorn better too, lots to do on your door step and places to eat..check out the Bakehouse pizzas if you can. We would stay again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend the property to friends and family!

Just a lovely place with a beautiful garden and surroundings. Dog friendly too which is such a plus. Very convenient location and beautiful sunrise too. I look forward to returning.

Carol's place was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and nice. The location was great and our kids loved having the pool and playground right out front. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

As a group of 6, the caravan is a bit crowded, especially in the bedrooms. But the place was clearly described and we were all right with the situation.

Lovely place to stay, fab beach onsite. Lots for kids to do onsite. Beautiful beaches all around the area. So much to see and do in this area. Would def use again.

Very friendly, accommodating and responsive hostess. The apartment was super equipped, very clean and we felt very comfortable right away. The caravan is really super central in the Holiday Park. A few minutes walk and you are on the beach, at the bar, in the gym, by the pool, in the laundry room, at the lighthouse or at the playground. We really enjoyed this quiet area on the terrace every day or had fun evenings at the bar with karaoke. Highly recommend this great place! Thank you for the great time.😊

Just back from having such a superb and memorable weekend at Amy's lodge within the famous Silver Sands Holiday Park. The lodge was perfect for our group of four adults, very clean, very tidy and above all else, peaceful. With a beautiful beach literally 2mins walk from the lodge and lots of amenities & entertainment at hand within the holiday park there's plenty to do within a couple of minutes walk of the lodge. Further a field the town of Lossiemouth is only 1.5miles away but it makes for a great stroll along the beach and I can highly recommend rewarding yourself with some of the the local ice cream at Miele's while sat at the harbour watching the surfers do their thing. All in all we all had a great weekend and would like to thank Amy for being a great and thoughtful host.

Jenny is a lovely host, genuine and friendly and super-helpful. It was a real pleasure to meet her. The apartment is cosy and located right on the coast - the view in the morning is breathtaking and at night I’d never seen so many stars, absolutely stunning! Grant/Jody’s place is beautiful and lovely. The place was in the heart of Garmouth only 7 miles from Elgin. Grant and Jody were very responsive and also helped us out whenever we asked for the help. It is a perfect place to relax with family after hard day’s work. The place is close to Lossiemouth and other attractive places.

Our stay was superbly peaceful. The help from Liz, the Host, when our dogs needed some help, when we were out, was remarkably kind and thoughtful. That was "above and beyond" - totally outstanding, for which we were very grateful for. When we arrived, it was as though we had come home. The place was clean and fresh and made us feel very relaxed too. This hide-away was worth every penny and so peaceful and restful too, that we want to keep coming back. Both us and our two Jack Russell dogs settled easily. Thank you Liz for being able to stay. Magnificent!!

This is our go to place when visiting Elgin. Karen is a great host..Friendly and helpful, and responds quickly. The cottage is within walking distance of all amenities. We feel at home when staying here. So cosy and comfortable and love the decor too. 10/10. Thanks again Karen

Beautiful place, great location, had everything and more with a well stocked kitchen. Very comfy to chill in and We loved the fireplace and we were lucky to see northern lights during stay. Only negative is mattress for king bed. Too firm not comfortable. Everything else great including friendly Community of Port.

We really enjoyed our stay at woodpeckers nest. The beautiful walking trails right out the door were a big bonus.

A one night stop off on our NC500 trip. The pods were lovely. Really warm and homely after a long day. The beds were really comfortable too. Lovely little area to sit and look out. Would return if we visited the area again.
