Nereida was very communicative. We didn't get in until very late and had trouble seeing in the dark. She took our late night call and allowed for a late checkout- very nice!

what an amazing stay you can not beat the view and hearing the waves this was our second time staying in this building and we love it we plan to come back next year !

David was an excellent host! Extremely accommodating and flexible with my stay. In a great location, with restaurants nearby and just a short drive to town. Would highly recommend!

Cute little apartment, very clean, nice balcony and great shower. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach for a pretty walk and excellent beginner snorkeling :)

J's place was well situated between the beaches and town center. We could walk almost everywhere. We LOVED how quiet it was after traveling around PR, which can get pretty loud. his place was very clean and spacious too.

We just visited PR and happened to be here over New Year's during a WHOLE ISLAND black out...except we didn't even know there was a black out! Tamboo is PREPARED with multiple huge resort-sized generators that kick in when the power goes out. We literally didn't even know the power was out - never even went without air conditioning in our 2 bedroom suite. We are family of 5 who traveled to PR for a holiday getaway surf trip and it was amazing. The location on the sandy beach, the on site restaurant - just all of it were amazing. I booked this ten months in advance to get our spot and I am soooooo glad I did. Most of the other independent sites/condos in the area were without power - but not us. Look no further. If you want a wonderful beach, SAFE area with onsite security just book this. You won't be disappointed.

Rebecca place is like home away from home if u forget something she has it. It was very clean and comfortable and the pool was a big plus and was clean 👌

Excellent location! Angie was very accommodating and responsive. We loved the Keurig and generous amount of coffee pods provided. Good quality shampoo and conditioner was appreciated. Plenty of towels, beach towels and extra blankets. Beach chairs and umbrella were awesome. Refrigerator was very cold (a big plus). Absolutely loved the patio. Views are unbelievable!

Terrific host and wonderful spot. It had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation- chairs, towels, full kitchen, coolers, binoculars, literally everything! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. He even left us fresh fruit and chocolates as a welcome gesture. Highly recommend. The view is ridiculous and you can hear the waves splash at night. Heaven.

Luis’s beach house is beautiful. It is clean, a great size for a family and right on a gorgeous beach. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The one thing I will mention, if you are planning on cooking your own food like we did, there is not an oven. There is a range and a microwave and a grill for rent, but no oven, so just keep this in mind. Other than that, everything else was exactly as described.

We had such a great week at Villa Boquilla! The porch, the beach and everything else were amazing. GREAT location! Papo was so helpful and quick to meet us and got us coconuts on our first night! This is a hidden gem in! We are already planning our trip for next year!

This is by far the best vacation I’ve had with my family. Francisco promised and delivered the BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE! Waking up every day to the ocean, delicious foods near by, house is perfect, no clutter, clan and spacious. Deck is so beautiful to watch sunset! We will definitely be back! I don’t want to leave!

Amos & Devaki were fantastic hosts and their guest home is amazing. We spent 3 peaceful nights which included breathtaking sunsets, great food and relaxing beaches. Thanks to the host’s recommendations we were able to enjoy the towns art walk and a sunset dip at a nearby beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Excellent location and accommodations at the villa. Couple of nearby restaurants to walk to, beach within a 3 minute walk. Near the boat ramp, there's a small cove area to swim that keeps the larger waves at bay. Air conditioning in the bedroom kept the main rooms at a cold enough temp. Would definitely rent again, thanks Raul!

A very comfortable place- 3 generous bedrooms, great beds, the 2.5 baths was helpful. But really: THE VIEW!! From every room! It was a good fit for us (traveling with very elderly family members) & very close to our favorite chicken place, Rancho de Carbon

Jay's rooftop is like an oasis with the refreshing sea breezes and sounds of the waves. Being above the other buildings made the space feel very private. I enjoyed the views during the day and the star filled sky at night. I'll definitely stay there again. PS: A note about the beach access. The main/direct access at the end of the lane is blocked by piles of organic debris (ex. tree branches) washed up from recent storms. To access the beach, you need to walk to the right along the lawn of the last house on the right then a slight left to where the grass gives way to the beach.

Beautiful, amazing, clean, everything you need in the kitchen , in the bathroom etc. Jen, is always available to help you with what ever you need. the place is a dream, the view is breathtaking, is close by a gas station, food stop, bakery a lot more. Is super comfortable, the surrounding are clean, quite a perfect place to relax and ejoy your stay, you will definitely want to stay more time

Nice apt walking distance from the beach and the downtown. Very secure and with everything you need to have a nice time.

Exactly as depicted in the pictures. View is unbeatable and the pool/beach was wonderful! Not too far from town and restaurants. Taylor was helpful with any questions we had and always quick to respond. Hope to return!!

It was my second time staying at Adrian’s. I plan on doing so in the future again! He is as helpful and welcoming as the first time. I truly appreciate how hospitable the space was. I would recommend for anyone as the price is perfect compared to surrounding areas

We loved this place so much it was hard to leave! It was immediately apparent to us that the host has put great thought and care into this unit. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and more, and we really enjoyed the cohesive and cozy design and decor (it makes a huge difference!). The bed and pillows were super comfortable, which is rare in our experience. Our first sight upon arrival was the sunset on the ocean down the hallway, and the views from that balcony were unreal. This is the first Airbnb we've stayed in that felt like home thanks to the thoughtful hosting. We would definitely like to return here the next time we visit Rincón!!
