Vacation rentals with a pool in Joaquina Beach

The house is very nice, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is well equipped and the host was always very helpful and quick in her responses. I'll be back again and again with family.

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

Place of great cost benefit. Unfortunately, we caught a lot of rain and the internal barbecue was a great option for us to spend time. Just keep an eye on the location of the bedroom of the two single beds, and unfortunately his fan was broken. In addition the TV of the room is with the burst sound, I suggest changing or adapting an external sound. But it's just a few details that don't get in the way of the excellent review. Outside this the place is excellent, very complete, equipped, and the host is a very nice and practical person, always at the disposal. Valeu every penny we pay, would come back on other occasions.

Eleonora is an excellent host. The Andrea housekeeper that cares for the house helped us a lot, and we found it a different experience to have someone give that support. I recommend it! The house is so complete and full of things that the ad ends up not contemplating everything, but we were positively surprised by what we found. We went into 3 families, each with their own personal characteristics and they all felt fully cared for. Great distance from the beach, excellent swimming pool with pleasant temperature, the whole house with great comfort. The internet was unstable but the very vivo went to the site and said they were experiencing difficulties at this time of the year. I recommend it for sure and I hope to be able to return at another time.

The house is perfect, beautiful, large, good furniture and well-equipped, with everything necessary for the stay. Impeccable bed and bath linen, clean and fragrant rooms when we arrive, good internet (fast), clean swimming pool. The hostess received us personally, explained all the details of the house and always responded promptly to my messages. The location is perfect, close enough to the beach to walk, and far enough that the noise of the movement annoys. It is possible to go to other nearby beaches without much traffic. All guests loved it, we'll be back for sure!

Fabiano's house is excellent, very well equipped, comfortable and organized. The condominium is also incredible, with all the structure that allowed us to spend a very pleasant week in the stay. And Fabiano always very helpful and kind, concerned with meeting us in everything... Note 10!

Our accommodation was incredible, both for the comfort of the house and for the receptivity of Cynara. The house had a beautiful décor, sheets and towels of great quality, as well as an incredible view of both the sea and the Hercílio Luz Bridge. I even walked to the center on foot, in addition to renting a bicycle to pedal. I also consider access to the beaches easy by car, both to the southern beaches, which end up being closer, such as those in the North.

The house is wonderful, just like in the photos, super spacious and has everything you need, even more. Fábio, the host was very helpful and flexible, everyone felt at home and enjoyed a lot.
