Vacation rentals with beach access in João Pessoa

Great accommodation. Great place, well equipped. Only one suggestion to make to the owners: the apt was clean, however it has many moths, especially in the kitchen. It would be interesting a more punctual cleaning to eliminate them. Nothing else to complain about!

We had a wonderful stay at Sergio's apartment. From the beginning he answered all questions, it was super accessible. Our flight was delayed a lot and we arrived more than 2 am in the morning. The sergio received us very well, despite the time, passed all the instructions and tips, was extremely receptive and offers a booklet with tips of places we may need and all the tours. This was a special trip next to all my family and much is due to Mr. Hilton's wonderful home and friendly and caring welcome! The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. Super clean pool, towels and clothes of very white beds, very well located house, with bakery, pharmacy and other nearby amenities. Mr. Hilton had an excellent communication and affection with us. Great location and wonderful leisure area. The two rooms are comfortable, with bathrooms and air conditioner. At the top of the house are the residents, but we have no contact unless they are entering or leaving the common area (garage). It has many mattresses , and by the pool there is a small room with a treliche, we take out the mattresses and put in the rooms and the living room to be more ventilated, because the room was small and warm. The house has fans, freezers, towels, bedding… It would surely come back more often. The pool is wonderful! We used the barbecue, and anything that was missing, the hosts quickly resolved.

The stay was excellent as the apartment is very nice. The only problem we found was that the apartment was not clean. obs. We had to do a general cleaning. But it was still worth it, and at the next opportunity I will return there, so I recommend it to everyone.

The location is privileged and is relatively close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is located two blocks (small) from the waterfront, very quiet neighborhood, with shops, is about 20 minutes walk to Tambau beach, which is more trendy. It is well airy, but it has a fan and air conditioner if you need it. I slept with the window open and the sea breeze was refreshing on hot days. Rafael is a very kind and attentive host. We have wonderful days, recommend!!
