An extremely easy-to-find location, Vinícius gave all the instructions, including videos on how to access the venue and check-in (which made it a lot easier, avoiding problems) The place is far enough away for tranquility, but close also to have access to the street of leisure and restaurants. If we were surprised to arrive and see all the care in putting utensils to prepare a breakfast or even meals (including even the coffee powder). It is these little details that have totally won us. Congratulations Vinícius, it was an amazing stay.

We loved the experience of being here, the city itself is an excellent family outing. About the residence, we also only have compliments, good location, easy access, very responsive host (he introduced us to the house very well, even left firewood for the fire), everything clean and organized.

Location with easy access and paved. Directions for arrival were accurate. New and great furniture and utensils. All very clean and organized. Host always responded quickly and with great cordiality. Great place to go as a couple or with a group of friends, each in your cottage.

We are very pleased with our stay! The house is very cozy and well-equipped, Letícia was very attentive and gave us all the information we need. The house is 15 minutes from downtown Santa Teresa, in a gated condominium, which has a 24h autonomous mini market, very practical for emergencies.

The stay was excellent! The house exceeded all expectations, going far beyond what the listing promised. Glaucio was extremely receptive and has always been available to answer any questions. The access to the site is peaceful, with only about 800 meters of dirt road, which was not inconvenient. Surely, at the next opportunity, I will make a new stay in this wonderful home.

Perfect! This is the word that summarized my days and my family in Santa Teresa and in the cottage of Capixaba. Kathy's reception with us was incredible, from booking to the last. Before the day of the check in, we have already been given several tips. The cottage was impeccable, clean and with that little style of cottage. We were able to rest comfortably and get around the city. Thank you so much for welcoming and as I said in thank you before you leave, the best place to stay is where we felt at home and we certainly had this feeling.

Ezio served us with a lot of proactivity, he gave us attention when we needed or had any questions! The space is big and there is a swimming pool and two barbecue as in the ad! The new and clean toilets and worked perfectly, in the matter of accessibility (we were with a wheelchair) was very quiet, the house had a high step but nothing that hindered and such. In a matter of space we were in 9 people and had mattresses for everyone to sleep so it was super quiet. The site is not very close to the city but it is super quiet to find him etc., Ezio answered us super well and the place really was very beautiful and neatly tidy, we really like it very much there and we will certainly go more often! and we love the doguinhos doguinhos doguin de la hehehe 🤩🥰

The place is very well maintained and organized. Outside, there is a lawn in front of the house and well-kept flowers. It even has a lake with a paddle boat and several fish (the kids enjoyed it very much). The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Large living room with a beautiful fireplace that saved us on the coldest days. Clean and Well-Maintained Rooms. High-Speed Internet, which was very good since there is no cell phone signal in the region. Heated Pool, which was the main difference, especially at night, when the temperature was 15 degrees, the children loved it... and so did we😊😊. Good and spacious barbecue area. Well, the place is pretty good. Thanks to the Hosts Michel and especially Nadhine, who was very helpful in taking us to the place and introducing us to the house and always asking us if everything was okay. Very Proactive. Hugs to the Whole Family of Sítio Cantinho do Céu, we will keep several good memories of the place.🥰❤️

I recommend the site. The place is very nice. Clean house, clean yard, top barbecue area, a wonderful view. Granny House🥰 Aconchegante is a nickname. We didn't have any setbacks during our stay. The Amanda host is extremely kind, super accessible and available at any time of day. A single detail for those who have touch like me (rs) and although the house is well equipped, I recommend taking pots from home, air fryer, thermos and paper filter for coffee. The fun is guaranteed and a good rest too 🥰

Children loved it so much! The place is large. With many cozy environments! The house is simple but so well taken care of! With very good mattresses and great showers! Our stay was wonderful. The children didn't even want to go to rs street!
