Our stay at the Phoenix Hut inside Sítio Nossa Terra was wonderful. The space is excellent, very well equipped and is a perfect place to relax and be in touch with the nature. The view is sensational! The reception and attention of your Geraldo, homey of the property, was excellent, always very helpful and attentive. We will certainly return on other occasions.

The house is easily accessible, very comfortable, with plenty of green and well-kept areas. The room that is not a suite, is a bit tight because it has two double beds and there is not much room left, but it does not negatively impact the stay. Standout for Otto, a person who answered us promptly when we need it. Super we recommend!

The house, El Pucará; the city, Monte Verde; and the host, Raul; are excellent. The space is fantastic - all broad and top quality. The house was made for leisure and relaxation between family and friends. The house view, day or night, is wonderful. Raul's host is top - responds quickly, with accuracy, kindness and cordiality. The instructions are detailed and make it very easy for us to stay in the house and in the city. We went with 10 people - adults, pre-teens and children and our days were magnificent. Monte Verde is a city charm. There are many options for rides, attractions, parks, restaurants, clothing stores, drinks, cheeses and sweets. Citizens welcome well and have a lot of zeal and care for tourists. Raul knows how to receive as few, excellence defines it. Gratitude defines the feeling of our heart. The house is beautiful and the view is wonderful. The swimming pool is in the perfect temperature and has an integrated sauna. It is important to note that room 1 is a support room on the ground floor. It is much smaller than the upstairs rooms and is not a suite. The gourmet area is perfect! We had amazing days in the house.

The house is great, inside a super quiet condominium. The view from the swimming pool is amazing and the photos are true to the house. All the questions were quickly answered by Ivone. I'd come back more often!

I only have compliments to say! Rentem without fear!! Luciola was extremely attentive and kind. The village always helped me with my doubts besides being super flexible with some particularities that I had. The house is beautiful, the view is amazing, the place super quiet and perfect for resting as we wanted. Without saying the location that is easy to access and super close to the center of Monte Verde. Há! If you want it is possible to have the breakfast of the inn next door, Carícia do Vento for a super fair value. What about this breakfast? Wonderful!!! One of the best coffees we've ever had! We like it so much that we take it every day after we experience until our last day. The service of the staff of the inn, is something out of the ordinary these days. Vc feels welcomed, as if you had known them for years! Mainly Carlos and Paula. I was delighted with them! In short, we love and want to return!!

It was a great stay The house manages to be prettier in the pictures! Completely spacious and well structured. The heated pool makes an incredible difference! One point about cleaning, is that it's a house with black highlights and it's easier to see stains, but nothing that gets in the way. Only the glass (and it is a practically all-glazed house) that needed to be cleaned better, was dusty and stained. I also left with the owner two points of attention: When I went to be shocked the pool countertop and I also reported having a pool filter that sucking very hard, ended up slightly hurting one of the guests... I don't know if there has to be a red there to protect... it's right at the entrance of the pool, but nothing serious or anything that hindered the stay. We close maid and cook service, which further contributed to a quiet, practical and quality stay. In addition, everything is right and great stay offered by Rodrigo

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The corresponding house exactly in the photos, all tasteful items, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We were in 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a high point of the accommodation. A delight, we stay every day in the pool. We didn't leave any days from the house, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another high point of the trip is the owner Livia, who always answered us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend with my eyes closed!
