Vacation rentals in Joanna

Though in town for work-related purposes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Saluda Lake Escape! It was wonderful to come back to such a relaxing environment after a long day's work. Our hosts made sure that we had everything we could possibly need to make our stay memorable. The property is beautiful, and everything we could've asked for in a home away from home!

Kristin was an amazing host! She was very prompt with replies, very personable, and gave great recommendations. The house was beautiful and we were able to take our boat on the water (easily accessible). It was a great get away anniversary trip! We will definitely be coming back 💕

A very nice house with beautiful surroundings on a huge piece of land. Although the house was a little tight for my family of four, we still loved the stay. Larry was a very personable and helpful host and there is so much to do on the property below including a really cool zip line that travels over the creek.

Sunset Cove was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday with family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The sunroom areas were a nice touch that provided beautiful views. The glassed portion was livable space. The screened portion offered a nice breeze. There were plenty of games for guests to enjoy. The host was super nice, gave detailed instructions, and was very responsive. We did not have to contact the host during our stay, as access was easy and everything was as described. I would definitely visit again.

Despite hurricane craziness knocking out their power for a while, we were able to stay at Karen’s place. She was very good about communicating with us ahead of time so that we knew what to expect, but everything turned out perfectly. It was the perfect escape after a long day! The place was squeaky clean and cozy. I definitely could have stayed longer and not felt like we were lacking in anything.

Michelle communicated very well. I appreciate the kindness and would attempt to stay here again.

Brian and Terri are amazing hosts! Their home is as lovely as it is in the pictures; in fact, even prettier! Beautiful interior; well-appointed kitchen, cozy living room and comfy beds in every bedroom. Also, loved their back deck! Additionally, there are many activity options, from pickleball to golf! Just a wonderful experience and I especially loved the personal note from Terri, welcoming us upon arrival. Thank you both for an amazing stay!

Booked the cabin for my son and his bride as a mini-honeymoon wedding gift. they absolutely loved it! Quiet and private, exactly what they hoped for. At one point the gas fireplace stopped working and we messaged Lisa. She responded immediately and gave instructions to get it back on! We all loved it so much we hope to book it again this Summer! If I had to offer any critique it would be that it could be better stocked. Bring your own bath soap and shampoo as there is none provided (and more towels!), and it would have been nice if there had been more than one k-pod for the coffee maker, maybe some creamers and breakfast bars? Just what I'm used to, but to be fair...none of those things are listed in the amenities, we should have read it through more carefully. But a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful!

This is my second time here and it was just as wonderful as the first! Lots of relaxing in the porch watching the wildlife and reading a good book. Very peaceful and relaxing and it feels like home when you walk in the door. I’ll be back again soon- Brigette is a great host and always a pleasure to work with! Thank you!!
