Where do I even begin. First of all BOOK THIS PLACE! you will not be sorry, I promise. It is in a wonderful location, on the most peaceful property. Meghan, the host, is truly a gem. My family and I stayed a week and a couple of days with a 4month old, a 2 y/o, a 6y/o and 7y/o. We all were comfortable and the kids had a blast. Meghan let us tour her horse barn and the kids fed the horses which was a real treat for both parties ;) There was a little creek that ran in front of the house and the kids had a blast splashing in that. There was so much land to run and play on. Just a Gem of a place. Accessibility to town was wonderful too. Oh and the beds. Don't get me started on the beds. Best nights sleep since giving birth! (Luxury truly spoils you) The house is wonderful, there is plenty of space and all the amenities were wonderful. Run, dont walk, to the bookings page, you will not be disapointed! Great location for a quick Lexington weekend! It was perfect for our crew. Plenty of room and parking. Flexible check-in and check-out. Owner very responsive.

William’s home was the perfect vacation spot! Quiet and peaceful! We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting outside with our dogs. With the fenced in yard, it made it so easy to have them out there with us. William was extremely responsive to any questions we had. House was very clean and very welcoming! We hope to be back sometime soon!

The house is comfortable and has plenty of room for games and meals for four adults. Deck overlooks the lake which is so pleasant. Not very close to town but the drive is picturesque and the Shaker village is nearby. Beds were great!

Me and my family had a great stay at Kates place. We had some little issues, but it was taken care of right away!

Couldn’t accommodate an earlier check-in which was inconvenient. But other than that everything was perfect. Very clean and great location. Probably best mattress of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.

I had a very nice relaxing stay at Erica's place. I was looking for something quiet and secluded and this is perfect. It's very clean, stocked with everything you could need, including a basket of snacks. The bed is awesome. A memory foam mattress and extremely comfortable! There was a small maintenance issue which showed up unexpectedly but Erica was on top of it immediately and got it rectified right away. She is very nice and very helpful. I was there in the dead of winter so didn't get to really appreciate the beauty of that spot on the river, but had a great experience anyway.

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Christine's guest home is very unique and cozy space. It is located on a working horse farm and has a big pool and hot tub for guest use. Christine was a very responsive and accommodating host, she was always around and responsive. I travel to the area often to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay! A quick weekend trip was made special with the comfort of the home and the beautiful landscape, especially during sunrise/sunset. The home was spotless and we quickly felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again!

This is the top AirBnB stay that I’ve had. My friends and I enjoyed a weekend in Angie and Jay’s large home that had equal parts quiet space and bedrooms and communal space for hanging out and dining together. We enjoyed the hot tub, movie room, and fully equipped kitchen. It was a bit snowy during our stay and our hosts salted the walkways and cleared the long driveway immediately! The home was very clean and had lovely decor. We are already planning a return trip.

Michael was an excellent host. He helped me in a jam getting situated. The house was amazing as were the surroundings. It was secluded, quiet, beautiful.

Great house and accommodations for our large family. Perfect for young and old! Clean, great setup for activities and gathering. Plenty of linens, kitchen space and necessities. 10:00am check out was a bit of a struggle for familes with young children and getting a large group out the door that early; plus was dealing with bad weather trying to wait out a snow storm, but host indicated could be flexible if needed. Georgetown area is great. Would definitely rebook.

Words cannot do justice for this oasis in the middle of the gorgeous rolling hills of Kentucky. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only a short drive to Georgetown or Lexington when needed. The house has everything you would need and was a perfect fit for our family of six. Everyone had their own space for privacy and the great room was the perfect place for our family to visit, play games and share meals. The kitchen is well stocked and had all the utensils I needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We travel to KY to visit family often and plan on staying at this phenomenal property again!

This is our second time staying here and it was even better this time. Everything is exactly as pictured and very clean. There are so many thoughtful touches around the house to make you feel at home. We were there over Christmas and especially appreciated that there was Christmas decor, including a tree. It really shows how much care they put into taking care of the place and the people who stay there.

Anessa’s space is clean, inviting, and exactly as described. She even left a birthday treat in space for us after learning we were there for a celebration. Her hospitality was the icing on the cake of this great weekend in this cozy space.

Nice place and great location. Very close to thing to do; shopping, restaurants, comedy club. We enjoyed our stay and was perfect for the 6 of us with small pet.

We booked one night very last minute and Anna reached out within minutes! She was flexible with our late arrival and communicative. The house is so cute and cozy and had everything we needed. I loved the roar of the train and thought it was so neat to be so close to the bridge.

The home was everything we expected! It was in a very convenient location and had great restaurants nearby. Definitely would recommend staying here❤️

I enjoyed my stay here. Host was very friendly and flexible with my checkin/out. Very private, on the marina, lake view. Small curvy one lane road to get back to it though. The bed could use a new mattress. Otherwise, this place was great! 5 stars would stay again!
