Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

If I had the chance to give a "sixth star" I would give it. I was greeted by the very kind Raffaele who personally waited for me to show me the accommodation. I really appreciate this type of reception rather than the keybox. The attic is really magnificent tastefully furnished, with independent heating, with plenty of space for clothes, a table and a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is just perfect. Everything is tidy and the rooms are super clean. The breakfast prepared by Raffaele could not have been better and his company was much appreciated. The location is perfect for visiting Treviso since it is a short walk from the ancient walls but also for jogging along the Sile. I highly recommend this place because it still retains the AirB&B spirit of the past, the human relationship! Thank you Margherita, thank you Raffaele.

This place is amazing, great location, exactly what you want! The host Andrea, and his wife are extremely kind and were very hospitable. The breakfasts were amazing in the garden, and the host gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendation and places to walk around in Venice. This place is a hidden Gem!

Everything is at the highest level! The hosts are flexible, professional and super friendly. The apartment is perfectly clean, equipped, and beautiful. The position is great because it's a short walk from the bus station that goes directly to Venice, in a quiet location with parking. All recommendations.

Francesco and Sara are very friendly and genuine. They welcomed us home and explained everything you needed to know for a pleasant visit to Venice and its surroundings. The house is a typical Venetian villa and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cigliegina on the cake at the end of the stay was a demonstration of one of his musical inventions; ask him to learn more. Highly recommended host for kindness and availability! Beautiful b&b! Great nice renovation, indoor and outdoor, furnished and tastefully equipped. Located in a very quiet street in that of Chioggia, a city I did not know and that I really liked. Super breakfast, with great fresh products and lots of variety. I already recommended this bed and breakfast to my friends. And when I return to Chioggia, it will definitely be the place I want to come back!
