Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Jersey Shore

The house was large enough for a big family celebrating Thanksgiving together! The kitchen was large and fully equipped. The back yard was completely fenced in for our dog. There was plenty of off street parking. We loved the view of the sunset from the roof top balcony! Robert was very responsive to all questions and concerns and gave detailed instructions on check in and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to return in the future!

Overall a great place. Had everything we needed. Was very peaceful. The only potential issue for some families could be that it is a longer walk through the dunes - so if you're a family dealing with strollers, beach carts, etc., keep that in mind. It is on the part of the island where you can drive on the beach, so if you have a 4x4 that would compensate for it. They were very proactive, and responsive, and easy to deal with.

Dominick's beach home ticked the most important boxes for us ... an easy walk to the beach and pet friendly! Bonuses were the spacious interior with plenty of beds, two bathrooms, and air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed without being too cluttered. The backyard was nice with a hot tub and outdoor shower, but too many mosquitoes ... probably because of all the rain. Overall, we had a relaxing stay and would love to return!

Cute and cozy home. Amenities were exactly as described. Hot tub and on site washer and dryer were a great addition. Plenty of space and worked great for bringing our dog. Centrally located to many great beaches and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Host was quick to respond. Would stay here again.

My family had a lovely stay at Kara's cottage in Rehoboth. It looks like a traditional - i.e. small! - beach cottage from outside, but it has been modernized and extended and accommodated 5 adults very comfortably. The kitchen was lovely; new and well-equipped which we appreciated as we preferred to cook and eat at the cottage. We particularly liked having two living areas and the whole cottage is beautifully decorated, so it was a pleasure to just hang out there in the evenings. It's a short drive to some lovely state park beaches and my family especially loved biking on the car-free trails at Cape Henlopen State Park. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at the house. It had lots of things for our kids to entertain themselves with after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. Ken was a great communicator and respectful need to any questions very quickly. Very clear instructions throughout. Thanks Ken!

The Carriage House was awesome. the bedrooms were great and accomodated all of us perfectly. we loved the wet and dry saunas. The family ping pong challenge/tournament continued which was epic. we loved playing with her doggies. Lisa was wonderful. Extremely responsive amd accomodating. will definitely stay again when visiting NYC.

My family of four plus my mother in law and sister in law stayed at Emily’s home after attending a memorial service. We were thrilled with everything about the house and location! The house was very clean and really well laid out for even a large group. I really appreciated all the extra perks which made our overnight feel like a mini vacation. We got takeout from the inn just down the road, charged our car, and used the hot tub. The yard is huge and has outdoor games set up and festive lights in the trees above the hot tub. Lots of special touches and amenities! My four and five year old had plenty of entertainment. They LOVED the foosball table, play kitchen, puzzles and games. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The home was very clean. Lots of nice technology too which was a plus.

My fiance and her bridesmaids went for her bachelor party and they have not stop been talking about how absolutely beautiful this place is.If you're looking for the perfect getaway in the Poconos, the villa was very precious and this is a gem for groups both big and small! With five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, it easily accommodates everyone without feeling cramped. The villa is packed with amenities to keep everyone entertained, from the game rooms featuring billiards, tennis, foosball, basketball, poker, and more, to the cozy cinema room. The outdoor setup is just as impressive with a massive pool (open in the summer), a hot tub on the expansive deck, a fire pit, and plenty of dining areas both indoors and out. There's also a trampoline for the kids, a spacious yard, and a cozy covered terrace that's ideal for relaxation. With panoramic nature views, ample parking for 6-7 cars, and an inviting atmosphere for relaxation or celebration,this villa truly has it all!

My family of 5 has stayed at Beth's place going on 4 years in a row now. It's always been a pleasure. The neighborhood is still just as quiet and friendly. Bethany Beach has gotten a bit more popular, so driving to the beach has started to take a little longer from the community, but the short drive is still straightforward and mostly painless. My favorite feature of her home has always been the covered patio. There is nothing better than being outside in the summer without being "outside," lol.

The place was very nice. Had everything you needed for a longer stay. The beds were comfortable, the location had an indoor pool and hot tub within the resort that was open during off season. Arcade and front entrance of office building were being renovated. Would love to return during the summer season to see everything. Tara was super quick to respond and very helpful. The villas are on a golf course but it is definitely family friendly.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

Manish and Monika were fabulous hosts. We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the gorgeous and secluded villa, watching sunsets over the river, and spending time with friends. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful house for family Thanksgiving. Very quiet with beautiful views. Plenty of room for everyone. Hot tub a big plus. Pool looks amazing l, wish we were there during pool season to be able to use it. Will keep this place in mind for future family trips.

This was my first time booking on Air bnb and Adam did not disappoint! I booked this cabin for my anniversary and loved every second of my stay. The cabin was clean and had everything I could need. It was super spacious and with a full kitchen stocked with all cooking necessities. I was able to cook an amazing anniversary dinner for my wife. The cabin was exactly what the pictures showed. 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend!

First off, Edwin is a great host! Very kind and super informative! Communication was easy and he was very attentive. Made everything a breeze. The cabin itself is beautiful. When we arrived they had the Christmas tree lit up with a faux fire going on the screen with instrumental and it was just darling! Such a warm and inviting way to enter the home. The place is very spacious, clean and decorated tastefully. You can tell someone really took the time to balance out the place. My only issue was a slight odor to moth balls (best way I can describe it). It was not due to the lack of cleanliness at all. We got used to it fairly quickly so that’s why I consider it very minor. We didn’t have time for the hot tub or the fire which is a main reason we booked so we deff hope to book again and use the amenities. Overall it was such a nice stay and I hope to book again!

Noir Haus was absolutely incredible! The design and beauty of the home were stunning, with unmatched attention to detail throughout. Everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided—so well-stocked that even forgotten items were already there. We had an amazing time and felt truly privileged to experience all the home had to offer. If Andrew had more homes like this, we’d gladly stay in every one!

Loved our time here, super cozy and beautiful. Only complaint was that the heaters did not really heat up the rooms very well, we were still cold even with the fireplace. Still loved the airbnb and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay a Bedrock Forest Lodge so much! John & Rachel Jo were extremely responsive and their home is in a beautiful setting with lots of living space inside and out. Couldn’t ask for a better location for a college reunion with dear friends.
