Carlos has been a 10 host, I recommend 100% esta villa. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean , everything was perfectly placed. Carlos makes you some recommendation for the area to visit, he is very friendly, it is pending in case you need something. The outdoor area of the villa is very well-kept, the pool is wonderful and the grass area with chill out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally real and even in person much better. We had an incredible vacation, we have rested a lot, you have been able to enjoy a house with all the comforts and with every detail. It is greatly appreciated to find you a house so well cared for and that we get there and everything is ready. To note, I had never gone anywhere where the towels and linens are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared BBQ area. Antonio is an extremely responsive host and made us feel really welcomed and supported. The place itself has everything you might need and we had a very comfortable stay. I was traveling with my 5 month old baby and really appreciated that there was a bath, a crib and heating at our disposal.If you travel in the summer when the weather is nice you can make use of the shared pool as well. I highly recommend Antonio, I am sure you will not be disappointed!

We have spent a few spectacular days,the house is exactly as in the photos,we were with two dogs and they have enjoyed very much x the garden so large and the best of everything completely fenced,the attention of the host is unbeatable...the house is in a very quiet area but very close to everything,in ten minutes you are on the beach and shops,and the pine forest is next to it is perfect to walk.... we will be back soon....

stay in Mercedes villa very nice. Mercedes very responsive to your requests. nothing to reproach everything was perfect. lots of things to visit nearby. Cadiz, Jerez, Coline the beaches, Seville, the beaches of Barrosa. Thank you Mercedes 👍

On arrival, Ana and Fer greeted us like dear friends, which made us feel right at home and very welcome. As you enter the property, the first thing you notice is the fresh smell of cleanliness and a gentle pleasant aroma of airfresh diffusers. Then, OMG! It's a palace! The place is modern, high tech, bright with high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. The outside is spacious, with soft seating areas, outside kitchen bar and toilet and a stunning large pool. If this was a hotel, it would be 7-star rated. TV's in bedrooms is a bonus, and we had the use of washing machine which was not listed. Ana and Fer left us a welcome gift of the local Sherry which was wonderful and much appreciated. They thought of everything you could possibly need for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen had plenty of condiments, coffee pods and necessary crockery, glassware and utensils. We slept like babies in their comfortable beds, and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The best! Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Alejandro was aware as soon as we arrived and I don't hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, chuches for the kid and also had the detail to leave us a bottle of white wine from the land. At no time have we felt uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the Ocio area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

Macarena, was a fantastic host. The apartment is fairly new, clean and well organized. It had all the basics to make our stay very comfortable. Located in a beautiful neighborhood of Rota and being a Penthouse with large balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Great communication, we actually had a family medical emergency during our stay. She quickly offered her assistance. We highly recommend and would hope to use again during our next stay.

We stayed 3 people and the stay was very good. It has parking in the urbanization and it is a Puntazo because we were carrying a big van and it was not easy to find a place in the area. The apartment as shown in the photos, clean and the roof is spectacular.

The stay was great. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, located in an urbanization with a pool, landscaped areas and views of the golf course. The apartment has a garage square and a great terrace for breakfast and lunch, with a chill corner to read. The beach is about 10 mins walking. It is a very quiet, noiseless area, ideal for resting and taking walks. There is a supermarket area and bars within a 20 minute walk. Pepi welcomed us on the day of arrival very attentive and showed us the apartment. Everything very clean and clean.

We (couple) spent a great golf week in Costa Ballena again. Angela's apartment offers us everything we need on site and the new kitchen is also very convenient.

Everything was perfect, we arrived around 5, she explained everything we needed to know respect for the house and when we arrived at the apartment it was just as in the photos, it is a large and spacious place, you can accommodate up to four guests, we would repeat without a doubt, it is a good host and a great accommodation.

The apartment is as described. Pepa was very nice and flexible with our check-in schedule. Too bad it rained on us and we couldn't enjoy the beautiful terrace. We went with our two dogs (a medium and a small one), just a small extra for cleaning. The house was well equipped. The only glue, that the water in the shower came out with little force. The parking space gives tremendous comfort. If we come back to Cádiz, we will repeat.

We were two couples with four children and the house is really well equipped and cared for. It's very spacious and ready to spend a few fantastic days with your family. The only thing to review was the big fridge that didn't cool down very well and we had to deal with the otherwise phenomenal little freezer next door we would definitely repeat.

Very complete property, the owner is a lovely, very attentive, for whatever you need. The house is very well-kept just like in the photos, we went with our pet and we had no problems. The house is in the countryside, it is super quiet, you only hear animal noises (birds, roosters...) the village is 10 minutes away by car, you have beach, supermarkets, pharmacies... of everything. You can put the car on the plot.
