Wonderful place to stay in! It smell very nice and clean. I loved all the items it had to offer, from the towels, shampoo, hair conditioner to every single detail! I’d definitely stay in again. And Wan just a wonderful person!

We had a great time at Justines place! It is down a semibasement but feels very homey and cozy. It is a spacious place and great to have a small living room with tv to relax with some movies. Justine was very fast when it came to replying so it felt good and safe! Thank you :)

Kevins communication is top tier. His replies are always super quick. Also he was very accomodative to my requests when i asked for extra stuff multiple times. The place is great for solo travellers Only a minor issue is that the heater makes the floor very warm which makes my makeup and skincare warm, but somehow the bed is much colder. I had to turn the temperature up to 25 and even then it could still get quite cold, maybe the window insulation isnt great. If you have skincare and makeup, its best to keep it on the table to avoid damaging them. On the other hand it has the added benefit of making my clothes nice and warm and toasty whenever i leave them on the floor before putting them on. Also for sookmyung university station, the exit which you will take to the Airbnb doesnt have an elevator. In fact i couldnt find any elevators in the station (?). If you have heavy luggage, the airport bus would be better. Otherwise, you'll have to lug you luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Thank you Emma. Your hospitality is awesome. You set the bar so highly. Our challenge was to lift the big luggage up to the unit on 2nd floor. The location though not downtown but walking distance to train station & bus stops. Loads of eatery places, knick knack shops, convenience stores and most of them open early and close late. The unit itself is very clean with complete sets of things we need.

We stayed 6 nights and had an amazing time! The check-in instructions were super clear so it was easy to find, Avery even turned on the heater before our arrival so that we would arrive to a warm apartment from the cold outside. Accessibility is amazing - the airport limo bus stop is just at the doorstep of the building and across the road for return to the airport, so many attractions nearby within walking distance, lift to train station right at the doorstop as well. The 7-11 is within the building and only a few steps from our lift lobby, so it was easy to get things like bottled water. The apartment looked just like in the photos. Super clean, has all the amenities as listed, well maintained. Just take note that it's 1 bed, not 2 - we misunderstood this at first due to the way the listing is structures but Avery had cleared this up before our arrival. We had an issue the the toilet door halfway during our stay - but Avery responded within 10min to talk us through how to fix it.

Our stay at Joonjeong’s place in Seoul was absolutely fantastic. She is an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. We were traveling with kids, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided—bathroom essentials, bedroom comforts, kitchenware, and even toys for the little ones. The facilities were truly excellent and well-suited for families. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation like buses and the subway. There are also convenient stores and cafes right in the same building, making everything super accessible. What really stood out was how accommodating and helpful the host was throughout our stay—she made us feel completely at home. This is by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

It's a bit far from Seoul Station, but it's a 5-minute walk from Seoul University Entrance Station.Since it is a university entrance station, there are many reasonable and delicious restaurants where students gather, and there are no difficulty in finding shops.The inside of the house is as pictured and clean, and although it is a semi-basement house, it is very warm and not inconvenient at all even in the middle of winter.The host was prompt and polite, so it was very smooth until check-in.I'd love to stay again on airbnb.
