Peggy makes you feel welcomed since the moment that you complete the reservation. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, practical, and welcoming. We arrived half an hour early and were able to check in when we got there instead of waiting in the car in the hot weather. She also allows dogs at the property. When we came in, she had snacks, cold waters, recommendation of attractions and restaurants nearby and even a doggy bowl for food and water. She also had materials to make waffles and a waffle maker. The kitchen was completely equipped for you to cook a nice meal at home after a day of exploring outdoors and having fun a town nearby (Jefferson,TX where we visited a coffee shop, antique stores and a beautiful ice cream shop). The tv has cable, YouTube, and other channels. This is a perfect place for a family vacation with pets included. We plan to return to this place in the near future. Righ on the Lake, close to all major attractions in Jefferson and near buy parksls are30 minutes away, we came for Thanksgiving have a blast. Summer time evem better. House have everything that you need, well kept and maintained reasonably priced.

Me and my family six adults two children, one under 6 the other under two had an absolute fantastic time. The home has movies and games that you can sit down and enjoy in the evening. There's a volleyball net outside as well as children's toys. The property is absolutely stunning and we loved every minute of our stay. I can guarantee you we will be booking this again for years to come.

Renting this place while hunting in Texas. Perfect setup for someone traveling for hunting. Has a shooting range nearby and skinning rack. Highly recommend staying here if you’re hunting in the area.

This was our second time staying here and it definitely won’t be our last. We are going to try and make it a couple of times a year from now on. This is the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in! I loved everything about this house and it has made me want to come back every time. It’s very roomy, cozy, clean, stocked with everything you could need and the back porch has the prettiest views ever. The hosts are incredibly nice and always helpful. We didn’t get to stay long this trip, but we definitely will the next trip. Thank you for a perfect home to stay in when we come visit family. We will be back soon.

Johnna's place was more than adequate for our needs. The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The house is older but well-kept and clean. It had lots of charm with its decorations, linens, and more. Johnna left clear instructions for check-in, check-out, wifi, and anything else we needed. The little popcorn popper and snack basket were an additional plus that made us feel welcomed and cared for.

Our Family enjoyed your home and Grandboys loved seeing the horses, cows and goats this morning… We used the fire place most of the evening that added some extra warmth and comfort to our stay. Awesome size tv in living room to watch college football on a Saturday night… We would recommend this home to others that need a large place to stay in Longview area…

Staying at Honey's Place was a truly delightful experience. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which thrilled my grandchildren. The beds were so comfortable and cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the yard was lovely. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and rustic, with east Texas autumn beauty. I could go on and on, but just know that this is one of the best places (out of many) that we have had a family vcation. I can't recommend it enough.
