Great place, the apartment is in a good location - relatively close to the center, but in a quiet area not far from the forest, which is conducive to hiking. The apartment is new, clean and very well equipped, contact with the owner impeccably.

Two things, when you call them, if you speak English the lady on the phone will panic and hang, but in polish they were kind, and about the parking, they have plates identifying the spot assigned for every room, they should be removed, anyway the lady on the phone told us that we could park wherever we wanted.

Roomy communal space, terrace with grill was a good feature. Great location if you’re looking for a mountain view. The kids loved having access to the Radisson pool.

Great location, quiet, quiet, spacious cottages with a beautiful view. Well-equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker, grill, very comfortable and large couch in the living room. Toilet over 2 floors. space for 2 cars under the cottage (exclusively for guests of the cottage). A big plus is the option to use the pool in nearby Radisson (20 minutes on foot, 5 by car). Cons is a key collection point (on the 2 side of the city or about 20 minutes by car - a digital lock would take care of the problem), poor instructions (e.g. in terms of pool rules, checkout), squeaky stairs (generally new, good quality building, and the stairs squeak like in a 100-year-old house). If someone wants to spend a lot of time in the center of Szklarska, they will be laughing at a distance - for us it was not a problem. ps. no checkout instructions, no response to the message/question in this regard, and when I left the cottage at 10 a.m., I was already covered with "Achtung/Note The keys were not returned on time!"

We had a wonderful stay at Bartosz's place! The house was absolutely lovely, cozy, and incredibly well-kept, with a breathtaking view that was even more stunning with the autumn colors. Every morning, we enjoyed sitting by the window, taking in the scenery and relaxing. Bartosz was a fantastic host—friendly, communicative, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the season.

Nice and quiet place. Beautiful surroundings. Great opportunities to take walks in the mountains and nature. Great with the agreement with Radisson hotel with the possibility of using their pool and spa area. Nice equipped kitchen, but there was a cutting board. Great bedrooms where you slept well in the bed. Decent living room and terrace. We had a lovely holiday🙂
