What a lovely and cozy place to stay and to soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking in the park was perfect! The beds were comfortable with extra blankets and towels! Everything you need to cook meals! Can’t recommend enough to stay here!

My family had a wonderful stay at Tim and Johanna's home in Port Angeles. This home is incredibly well-loved and taken care of. When at home, my family loved the hot tub and the games. During the day, we had a wonderful time exploring Port Angeles and beyond which was spectacular even amidst the rain and gloom of winter solstice in PNW. We explored the beaches and rain forests and journeyed to Victoria, which was glorious. Everyone was saying how much they wanted to return. Thank you so much for offering your home to us. It is incredibly kind and generous.

Great home for our family’s weekend trip. The location on the water is relaxing with nice views and the sound of the waves. House was spacious and well stocked along with comfortable beds. We would recommend the house to others.

What a beautiful location. We had six adults and a baby and everyone had a room! The home was very well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Rick was incredibly responsive to a couple of requests we had. There had been a lot of rain so we didn't get to fish as we were hoping, but still enjoyed the home, hot tub, a visit to Crescent Lake and three nights of family games.

Stellar location: we enjoyed our time on the lake and would have loved to stay longer. Stuart greeted us and took us for a spin on the lake when we arrived. Location is beautiful, private, and close to fun hikes. We went out on the water several times in the kayaks. Traffic on the lake was low (September), and often there was zero or one people out on the water at any given time. The cabin's potable water wasn't working during our stay, but Stuart provided plenty of bottled water for our drinking and cooking needs. We would happily stay again.

This place is a GEM! Steve was an ideal host, the house was organized, accessible, and STOCKED with everything you could ever need. Our educational organization stayed for a strategic planning retreat, and it was the perfect space to collaborate, access nature, and rejuvenate. We look forward to coming back next year! -Kaity A.

James’ house was as advertised with plenty of kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. He was very responsive to any and all questions and overall we had a great experience. Thanks James!

A wonderful and cozy house in one of the most beautiful areas of the world. Close to lakes, mountains, lots of hiking and within sight of Canada! House was well equipped and is a perfect getaway in any season!

Came with my wife, newborn, and three year old and had the best time. It’s a wonderful, home-y space. It reminded my wife and I of places our families took us to stay on trips in the 90s (in a very positive way), cozy spaces full of books to leaf through with plenty of room to curl up in front of the fire with a cup of tea. We had such a great time. CarolLynn was a great, attentive host who responded to us immediately and was happy to introduce us to and interact with the animals safely. We were already discussing return visits on the way home.

It is a cozy, relaxing, and comfortable place. She is very quick to answer questions, and has left in the unit a very detailed binder with information about the unit, as well as area, food and activities. It was an enjoyable stay. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our cozy stay at David's place during a story weekend in November. David went the extra mile to check on us to make sure that it was warm enough in the cabin, and even brought as an extra space heater. We loved the peanut butter in the fridge and the tea tree tingle shampoo in the shower :) It's the little things that count. Also an excellent library! We felt cared for and right at home. 10/10. Beautiful woods getaway, and like others have said, much bigger than expected. Super comfy bed, great down pillows and comforters, and caring little touches around the cabin. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of love into this place, and it went a long way to make it feel like home. I loved sitting by the fireplace in the rocking chair reading, with the morning light coming through the windows. There are a lot of windows so it’s drafty - definitely bring layers, and plan to keep a fire going (that means lots of wood!). But it’s warmer up in the loft where the bed is, so sleeping w the warm bedding was cozy. The cooking setup is great, propane is supplied, and plenty of cookware and dishes. Lots of spices, just needed to bring olive oil. The “sink” is a metal tub built into the counter with a catch bucket underneath - worked great. The hottubs are BEAUTIFUL - it took a long time to get it hot and a lot of charcoal, so definitely heed the instructions to tend it vigilantly!

Was very brief, but house and yard were perfect for me and my dog.. there was even 2 balls in the yard for my golden retriever to play with, and there was a big towel with dog treats laid out to clean paws with.

We booked Rene's for a family holiday celebration. It was great having a full kitchen and large enough living room to play charades and visit. Very quiet and secluded but just 10 minutes from downtown Port Townsend.

The condo was great in every way for our visit and for our purposes. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the large dining table (instead of the common, but ridiculous Air BnB bistro table that barely accommodates one person), and the good quality linens. Joyce was a great communicator until we checked-out, then I never heard from her again and was hoping to get a response to my messages. Joyce was able to coach me through the TV and DVD player's connections and was able to troubleshoot from afar. This was impressive! This property won't be available for long as it is being sold. That's too bad as we would love to rent it again in the future. Highly recommend Joyce as a property manager.

Beautiful View!!! This place is lovely and right on the water on Discovery Bay. The condo was clean and comfortable for our group. There is a washer and dryer available in the unit. The kitchen has most everything that you would need. Be prepared to pay a little extra for WiFi if needed. Would stay here again.

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful and comfortable house. We had 7 (family of 5 plus 2 grandparents) and there was plenty of room to spread out - but best of all was the beautiful space to be together with a view of the water and mountains. The kids loved watching birds on the sea out one side and ducks on the pond out the other. It being January, we were able to see both sunrise and sunset out the expansive windows. The living room had plenty of seating and a great table for playing board games. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of supplies. Dad & kids walked down to the beach on our 2nd evening and had a good time throwing rocks in the water! The quilts and other decorations make the place feel warm and homey. Lara was responsive when we had a brief issue at check-in and it was resolved within 10 minutes. We hope to be back someday!

Kivaan’s place was absolutely perfect for a 3-day get-away with friends from out of town. The layout is perfect, the view is magical and we would stay there again without hesitation.

We loved staying at Sandpiper Haven & this a 2nd time visit, plus over Thanksgiving week. We didn’t know how it would go in cool to weather. Turned out it was great! We so enjoyed our serene environment, inside & out. We love proximity to Coupville restaurants, plus we had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at Captain Whidbey Inn, a few miles down the road. It was all a great adventure away from home over the holiday. Sandpiper Haven is perfect for couples or families anytime, & we hope to return. Peter & Julie are great hospitable hosts who communicate very well!

After a big challenge with a different short term rental company Lorie’s place was a last minute “save the family Christmas weekend” option and it turned out great. Lorie let us book same day and was very responsive. The place was beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for having us.
