3rd week staying here. 2nd apartment I've stayed in. Like the 1st one, this was very comfortable and cozy also. Had everything I needed.

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The view is amazing and the pool is great. There’s an older gentleman who lives in one of the condos that’s super friendly. Host was very proactive in communication, and helpful with recommendations. We had two teens, me and my husband and we had the best time.

We were visiting to fish with family. The condo was perfect. There was a place to park our boat inside the security fence. There were grocery carts and an elevator to help get our luggage to the condo. People in the community were friendly.

Very nice and very quiet, checked in June 3 and checked out August 31. Great location to Beaumount or Port Arthur. Nicely setup and very updated. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

The house was so cute! We felt very much at home. Everything was very clean and inviting. The best part were the swings on the front porch.

Hilary was a wonderful host. I had booked her home for a week, but was only able to stay one night, due to work changing my plans. Hilary was very helpful and gracious in working with me to cancel the remainder of my nights. I will definitely be staying here again when I get back down that way. Thanks again!

We have stayed at another one of Eddy's places just right down the street, not to mention stayed there multiple times! He is an amazing host, one of a kind. We always try to get one of his places when we go to Port Arthur, he truly does strive to give you a 5 star experience! And in all honesty he always has with me and my family. We have recommended all our friends to stay at his places. Eddy has done an impeccable job with the houses. He knows just what to provide for you, to make your stay one of a kind. Tonya was amazing !!! Got us out of a bind and was extremely accommodating. Very fast with responding and the air bnb itself was fabulous ! Just as listed and so cozy and quaint. Highly recommend!!!

Me and the other guests enjoyed every bit of our stay here the house was beautiful and comfortable and was close to everything we needed for our stay would definitely book again if we got the chance !!

Place was even better in person than the pictures conveyed. I rented for family members to have comfortable space to stay when they came for holiday party. Host was not only very responsive, but very kind & considerate. Genuinely concerned that my family had a seamless experience with their stay so they could focus on the gathering they were in town for. I will most certainly keep this spot in mind for future visitors!

This quiet little condo was everything we needed for our week long getaway. nice fishing and crabbing spots all around and very close. We really enjoyed our time there.

Very cozy and quiet. Great location. Perfect for the solo traveler but could comfortably accommodate two. Hosts were very responsive to questions and gave great instructions to find the location. Would highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again.
