Everything was perfect, very comfortable and a safe and quiet location.

My stay was very comfortable. The bed and pillow was very comfortable. I was only there for two nights but it would make a great long-term stay as well!

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The view is amazing and the pool is great. There’s an older gentleman who lives in one of the condos that’s super friendly. Host was very proactive in communication, and helpful with recommendations. We had two teens, me and my husband and we had the best time.

The place is so peaceful, plenty of amenities, and beautiful views! We enjoyed afternoon walks on the boardwalk. The condo was comfortable and felt like home. Thanks for the great stay😁

The Nest was very clean and cozy! We enjoyed our stay here and Ginger was a wonderful host! This place has new appliances, beds are comfortable, and nice added touches like small stuffed animals for the kids to play with while there. Ginger was very helpful after I accidentally left a couple of items after our check out time. If we need to rent a place in Groves again it will be The Nest!

We stayed at Hillary's house and it was very nice. It was everything we needed and was very close to work. We wish we could have fished more. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was just like the pictures, and it was super easy to get in. It was also really clean, and I loved that the towels and sheets were white. My husband is from Beaumont, so it was great to find a place that was close to everyone.

Tonya’s place is perfect for those looking to fish. Which was exact what we came to Port Arthur to do. My suggestion is to do a pick up order at Walmart before you get to the house, besides the gas station there isn’t much on that side of town. There is a great boat ramp right down the road, has three piers to fish off or launch a boat if you have one. We had to check out early due to our dog cutting his paw back home. Tonya was quick to respond with check out information. My kids loved the fact that the house was on stilts and we even walked over to the park which was about a block away. Quiet location with lots of outdoorsy things to do- sea rim state park, the battle ground, watching the boats, and fishing.

This quiet little condo was everything we needed for our week long getaway. nice fishing and crabbing spots all around and very close. We really enjoyed our time there.

There’s not much to this condo. It’s in a nice area. This isn’t a “tourist type” vacation spot but this didn’t distract from the condo. Traveled around Beaumont and this is the area I’d stay in again if we return. Close to stores but private feeling.
