Great communication with the owner, easy booking, apartment was CLEAN ! ! ! Felt right at home, couch was comfortable, bed was, too. Everything was exactly as the photos described. I appreciate everything!

3rd week staying here. 2nd apartment I've stayed in. Like the 1st one, this was very comfortable and cozy also. Had everything I needed.

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The view is amazing and the pool is great. There’s an older gentleman who lives in one of the condos that’s super friendly. Host was very proactive in communication, and helpful with recommendations. We had two teens, me and my husband and we had the best time.

We were visiting to fish with family. The condo was perfect. There was a place to park our boat inside the security fence. There were grocery carts and an elevator to help get our luggage to the condo. People in the community were friendly.

Very nice and very quiet, checked in June 3 and checked out August 31. Great location to Beaumount or Port Arthur. Nicely setup and very updated. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

The house was so cute! We felt very much at home. Everything was very clean and inviting. The best part were the swings on the front porch.

Myself and 3 of my employees stayed at Tyler’s place for our annual company fishing trip. Its location was perfect for our 3 day fishing trip! Was able to dock our boat right up to the pier which was very convenient for the quick start mornings and more so, at the end of a hard core fishing day! House was nice and the lit up private pier, was the icing the cake! We all had a great time! Highly recommend! But don’t forget the mosquito spray!

Hilary is a great host. She is very thoughtful and caring. She made sure my guys had a comfortable stay even during the snow storm/freeze. Will definitely stay again!

We have stayed at another one of Eddy's places just right down the street, not to mention stayed there multiple times! He is an amazing host, one of a kind. We always try to get one of his places when we go to Port Arthur, he truly does strive to give you a 5 star experience! And in all honesty he always has with me and my family. We have recommended all our friends to stay at his places. Eddy has done an impeccable job with the houses. He knows just what to provide for you, to make your stay one of a kind. Peaceful location very close to Sea Rim State Park and beaches. Host clearly put heart and thought into furnishings and amenities. Other than small local convenience store, had to drive a bit to find food, but easy to find restaurants at nearby Port Arthur toward Beaumont. Near some interesting museums, too. Overall got a comfortable "home away from home" feeling. Thanks, Tonya!

I enjoyed my time at this house, Brenda's house was nice and clean, the location was great, for it was not far from local restaurants, stores, etc. Brenda is a wonderful host.

This quiet little condo was everything we needed for our week long getaway. nice fishing and crabbing spots all around and very close. We really enjoyed our time there.

Very cozy and quiet. Great location. Perfect for the solo traveler but could comfortably accommodate two. Hosts were very responsive to questions and gave great instructions to find the location. Would highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again.
