The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The view is amazing and the pool is great. There’s an older gentleman who lives in one of the condos that’s super friendly. Host was very proactive in communication, and helpful with recommendations. We had two teens, me and my husband and we had the best time.

The key safe was very smart the renter always answers nice place to crash

We were visiting to fish with family. The condo was perfect. There was a place to park our boat inside the security fence. There were grocery carts and an elevator to help get our luggage to the condo. People in the community were friendly.

Very nice and very quiet, checked in June 3 and checked out August 31. Great location to Beaumount or Port Arthur. Nicely setup and very updated. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

The house was all that we expected, it was so clean, smelled clean & fresh. The amenities & everything was all we expected & then some. The kitchen was well stocked with things that was probably needed for some. The Host & Hostess are wonderful people & very responsive. Kiddos to the both of them. My family & I THANK YOU guys ever so kindly.

Myself and 3 of my employees stayed at Tyler’s place for our annual company fishing trip. Its location was perfect for our 3 day fishing trip! Was able to dock our boat right up to the pier which was very convenient for the quick start mornings and more so, at the end of a hard core fishing day! House was nice and the lit up private pier, was the icing the cake! We all had a great time! Highly recommend! But don’t forget the mosquito spray!

We stayed at Hillary's house and it was very nice. It was everything we needed and was very close to work. We wish we could have fished more. We will definitely stay here again.

This quiet little condo was everything we needed for our week long getaway. nice fishing and crabbing spots all around and very close. We really enjoyed our time there.

There’s not much to this condo. It’s in a nice area. This isn’t a “tourist type” vacation spot but this didn’t distract from the condo. Traveled around Beaumont and this is the area I’d stay in again if we return. Close to stores but private feeling.
