This cute lake house was well laid out with nice furnishings. The beds were softer than we are used to, but we were comfortable. The kitchenware was above what you could ask for. The place was clean and well-organized. They even had life jackets hanging in the closet and sunscreen available - though sadly, we were there on a rainy weekend. Welcoming bottled water was in the kitchen, which was appreciated. It was Convenient for where we needed to go. We would love to stay here again when in the area. Thank you Pam & Rick

Whenever we try to visit my in-laws, we always try to get this Airbnb. We have a family of seven and this is the only Airbnb that has comfortable beds, cannot accommodate our whole family, and is a very close to my in-laws. They even have provided toys and books for children!

Cicely and company were very responsive when I had questions, including a request for a last minute extension. This spot is cozy and lovely. It’s close to downtown restaurants and shops. It’s very quiet—all I heard at night were train whistles, which I find comforting. It served as a peaceful sanctuary for me during a very difficult family visit. I would definitely stay here again. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

When we got to the home none of the restrooms had toilet paper and we could not find it anywhere in the home. So we did run down to as store to get some. The included body wash/shampoo/etc were basically empty bottles, luckily we brought our own. Other than that, the stay was great, hot tub and fire pit were nice.

Would stay here again in a minute. Very "comfy". Lots of niceties. Plenty of K-cups provided. There were snacks and candy too. I ran out of toothpaste and found a brand new little tube in the vanity. WiFi and HVAC work great. Good water pressure in shower. No dishwasher however, but the double sink makes it easy to do by hand.

Lindsay was a great host! Their team won Volleyball state championship while we were in town and she went above and let us know that the Volleyball team were being escorted by sirens back into town late that night. Very considerate and so thankful she let us know!! Very clean house and comfortable beds! Definitely recommend staying with her!

Don’t let the outside of this house fool you! Although it’s in a bit of a rundown neighborhood, the house is full of charm, clean, and cozy! It was a perfect spot for our family to get together. We loved the walking paths around the house and the beautiful sunroom for visiting. The antique details and furniture added to the appeal. The back parking area had space for all our vehicles. We had a great weekend and would recommend this property!

This is our third stay at Ann’s…every time we return I think of how fabulous the place is. The layout is so perfect for our family of 10 to gather. It’s so fresh and clean and cozy and comfortable. Has all the necessary amenities, and then some. I wish I could take Ann’s place along with us everywhere we travelled!

What a great place to stay! Our family stayed here while coming over from Europe and the farmhouse was truly better than anything we had hoped for! Super clean, everything looked well kept and the house seriously had everything you could hope for. Lots of eye for detail. The location is perfect, close enough to shops and restaurants but also quiet so you can rest and recharge. It was amazing! Tyler was also super responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Great experience overall!

By far, the most tastefully decorated and home-y place I’ve stayed. Such an inviting environment. Very safe. Definitely want to pick up groceries on the way in, but I love the peaceful farm environment. If you’re in the area, this is where to stay.

iam so pleased with Marsha sanctuary, I felt at home, I was here to visit my granddaughter and Marsha sanctuary provided a home for us to bond and get to know each other, while providing our own space, to take a break and come back together, we were able to cook and eat together. watch movies, I know that God touched her heart to provide a place for love laughter, reconnecting, when I walked in the home I knew it would be peaceful, safe quiet and everything that a home would have for a traveling family, thank you Marsha for this beautiful sanctuary of love for my granddaughter and I.

This is a very beautiful place inside and out!! Very spacious inside. Very clean. Outside the large deck overlooking a pond with wooded area behind it was very relaxing. The sound of birds chirping and the frogs croaking just set the vibe.
