A very pleasant stay experience for our family. The easy and flexible check in process, the friendlyness and helpfulness of all staffs, the complete amenities and kitchen equipments, the spacious rooms, breathtaking views, and of course the maximum comfort during our stay at Villa Omana made us immediately think about coming back again another time, even when we had just checked out

The place is very clean, very strategic location close to jl soekarno hatta. A little note for the addition of the water heater in the lower bath room.

We had a lovely time. The Villa was very comfortable. Andrea was a great host. We really enjoyed our time.

The assistant of property keeper was very helpful, warm hospitality and explained anything which part of the house not work properly.. When we were come, air conditioning were on in good condition.. Some minor refurbish need, such as cornering of the wallpaper, exhaust fan in main bathroom, and door cabinet swivel at the foyer. And extra light [which more brighter] should add at the mirror, for the ladies touch up their appearance Everything was good, will return back at the next holidays

the place is super nice. Even if you come home late at night you will still feel safe because there’s a lot of guard at the lobby. Also I just booked a Cozy Suite but they give me like a 3 bedroom apartment 😄 It’s big for me and thank you so much, Edy! Would definitely come back when I go back here in Indonesia again 🙏💗

I was only in the accommodation for one night to bridge my onward journey. It was ideal for that. I slept very well, calmly and chilled. In the mall you will find everything you need. Which made me a little jerky at first, I should definitely not go to the lobby and if anyone asks me, say that I'm a friend, but everything went smoothly and without any problems. It just felt like I shouldn't be there. But still completely ok for one night. Thank you 😊

Pak Setiabudi is very nice host, very responsive, and always makes sure that we are happy with our stay. He let us to checked in early since there were no guests staying on the previous night. He even messaged me after we checked out to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The employee was very helpful as well. The villa itself has plenty of rooms for my big family, and we really enjoyed our stay. I’d stay again next time we are coming to Batu. Thank you Pak Setiabudi for the hospitality.

The best private villa in pangalengan, new condition and good condition villa

We had a wonderful stay at Alazka Cabin! The place is private and offers a serene view of the surrounding plantation. The weather was pleasantly cool, so remember to pack some warm clothes. The cabin provides a thoughtful complimentary snack bar with instant cup noodles, bread, and bottled water, which was a nice touch. There’s also a complimentary wood fire, and the staff kindly offered to prepare it for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy it as it was raining during our stay. They also offer a BBQ option that you can order, adding to the cozy experience. A minor drawback was the water pressure, which was a bit tricky at times, it occasionally ran very slow, and the hot water was not always consistent. Lastly, it’s worth noting that finding a GrabCar for the return trip can be a bit challenging, so plan accordingly. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay at Irfan’s place. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

It's a new villa that even the locals here don't know:) It's hard to find such a clean accommodation in Ciwidey. And the staff responded quickly to requests and were so kind! There is a small outdoor restaurant, and it is a restaurant for Nasigorang and coffee:)

Stay at Arum Dalu villa for a large family gathering after Eid. The villa is very spacious for the main house and yard, the parking area is also enough for more than 3 cars. There is a tent and 1 wooden house that is more private with a balinese atmosphere. The location is a bit far from the city and the access is a little narrow but the villa staff help pick up and control until the villa. The atmosphere around the villa is very quiet, there is a courtyard and a balcony to enjoy the view from the 2nd and 3rd floor, on the 1st floor there is a tv, mic & speakers for karaoke, at night a bonfire and BBQ tools are prepared, there is a saung place to play karambol, and a large yard for outdoor play area. The next morning we ask to be escorted to the rainbow princess waterfall. The waterfall is nice and clean but the access is quite difficult. Overall this villa is recommended with appropriate facilities and prices. Thank you Pak Leo and all the staff of the villa Arum Dalu.

The place was extremely good and peaceful. The view from the top was also amazing especilally during the night. One thing we think might need to add is fan/AC as we got it hot during the day.
