Julien was very responsive and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for our stay in Bordeaux. It was very convenient to the train, walking district, restaurants and cafes. Definitely worth it!

The apartment is very nice, spacious and bright. The access is not very nice, nor comfortable since it is in an interior hallway and with very steep and narrow spiral stairs. One of the rooms is at the entrance of the house. The best thing is the location, excellent! Thank you so much for everything Yaël!!

A large quiet house for a dozen guests. The lounge with pool table and foosball are a real plus. No complaints, I'll be back in summer to enjoy the pool!

Excellent stay: bike rides in the marshes, oyster tasting on the island of Oleron, discovery of Royan, stay in La Rochelle. The accommodation is very well placed to discover the surrounding area. Very well placed accommodation, there were 7 of us and it matches the description. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, we recommend it.

The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

Beautiful accommodation in the pine forest proposed by Anne Sophie. There is outdoor space for children and to park the car. The interior is not big but well functional and furnished - just the stairs a little steep to be careful. The ideal is to rent bikes to reach the center which is not far away. The instructions have been clear, and communication is very smooth. We recommend!

christophe's place is really perfect. the place is peaceful and relaxing. the state of impeccable cleanliness. Since it was a little cool, the heater had been turned on, and water-soluble coffee and small jams were available. Communication with Christophe was friendly and warm. a very good place that I would recommend.

Rental totally as advertised. The exceptional view from the apartment makes all the difference, getting up with ocean views and watching the sunset every night, just amazing. What to say about the sound of the waves! The apartment is also very well decorated. Great stay.
