I really appreciate the owners helping us navigate some problems with Airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Isle be Back Condo in HHI. One of the benefits of this condo is the short walk to the beach and the beach items that come with the rental - we loved using the wagon, chairs and umbrella and making the quick trek to the Coligny Beach each day. The Coligny area also offers restaurants, shopping, ice cream, coffee which were close enough to walk to each day as well. The pool on the condo property was very nice and in the shade in the heat of the afternoon. Would return to this property again.

We had a great stay! The villa was as described and location within Sea Pines was fantastic. It was an easy walk/bike to Harbour Town. We walked to the bakery and cafe to get coffee almost every morning!

Paradise found! 135 Evian worked so well for us. Perfect location and surroundings, quiet. We loved the traditional, beachy feel that the owner had put in some lovely antique pieces and artwork, which is totally our style. Quality sofa and mattress is also very much appreciated, as well as good cotton linens, kitchen items and functionality of the whole unit. We’ll be back!

We loved the condo! It is a perfect location! The condo was very nice and comfortable. Laura is a wonderful host and I highly recommend her place!

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable and clean. South beach is very close (right across the street) and where we spent most of our time. We rode bikes to the beach club one day, which was 25 minutes (riding 7mph per my Apple Watch). While it was further than expected, we preferred the less crowded atmosphere of South beach anyway—lots of starfish and hermit crabs and personal space. Constructive feedback would include better bug treatment. It is clear that they are treating for bugs (because many died) but there were still many small bugs crawling in the kitchen. (I did not communicate this to the host so they may have offered treatment if I had told them during our stay). Additionally, the dryer doesn’t work properly and requires two cycles to dry clothes (but it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit) and it works—just need to know to run it again.

it is a great location. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. It is the second floor unit so if that is a problem for you, I just wanted to note. It wasn’t a problem for our family. Good space and it was clean. The only thing I would suggest is bringing your own beach towels. There were none in the place and I didn’t think about that when I was packing. Megan was an excellent communicator and quick reply.

Very clean and enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Close to beach and pool. Hope to return one day.

Great property with direct walkway to the beach. Accommodated our family and friends perfectly. If arriving late at night take note it is hard to see once entering Sea Pines. Take bug spray if no-see-ums bother you. Easy walk to Salty Dog, etc. Management was quick to respond and address any issues. Would recommend this villa for families looking for a nice, beach getaway in Sea Pines.

Ocean One is in a PERFECT location; an easy walk to Coligny Plaza with shops and dining. This unit is on the 1st floor which means you do not have to carry your stuff up an elevator or steps. It’s so close to the huge pool and the ocean. The complex has a security guard at the entrance but we felt safe with the family no matter where we were in the area. Sea Pines is very close with so much to do. We will definitely be back.

Our family loved how close this was to the beach, pickleball, and the Salty Dog. We also appreciated the ample seating and how comfortable the living room was for all of us to hang out and watch football.

Exactly as described. The location was close to the beach and close to the businesses and restaurants. Walkable for all ages.

The townhouse was as advertised. Each bedroom had a television, bathroom and plenty of linens. The home was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. The back deck was relaxing and gave each of us a chance for morning coffee in peace. The location was well located. It was only a short walk to lighthouse, marina and shops. All the golf courses we played were outside of Sea Pines but within a 20-30 minute drive. Next time we would rent bikes to explore more of Sea Pines. I would definitely stay there again and Darcy was a great host.

House is beautifully appointed and in a perfect location to access the beach, Harbourtown and South Beach. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!!

Our place in Savannah was gorgeous! And the property was so nice! Traci from Whitman and the HOA property employee were wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend this property and Whitman Vacations!

This location is within walking distance to Harbour Town and its lighthouse. We rented bikes that were delivered and rode around for exercise and sightseeing. It was quiet and clean and the host was responsive and extremely helpful. I would definitely bring my family here again.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The proximity to the beach alone made the stay worth it. We got up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. We saw dolphins from the beach every single day. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Heather and Mark put a lot of effort into remodeling and decorating their unit and the first floor location was very convenient. They were very responsive hosts and we can’t say enough nice things about this stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location central to everything we wanted to go to. Short drives and walkable to many locations.

Convenient location, easy walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza and local restaurants. The unit was clean and well appointed.

The house was very cozy,perfect for my family.We had everything we needed so I didn’t have to ask for anything.The place was very clean, the kitchen has all the supplies we needed to cook breakfast and some dinner. Over all, great mini vacation. Definitely , we’ll be back!

The location was perfect! The place itself was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and we loved the quick walk to the beach. We will dedicate be back!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Hilton Head! The condo felt like a home away from home—it was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Being so close to both the beach and the pool was a huge bonus and very helpful. We loved starting and ending our days on the balcony with the beautiful ocean view. It was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and winding down in the evening. You can tell Michelle put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable and welcoming. My daughter and I would definitely stay here again—thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

Overall it was a great stay for us! We mainly only slept there and that was good enough for us. We loved having an elevator for the 3rd floor with a luggage cart! The pool was also an added plus for two little kids and it was never crowded. The private beach access topped it all off!! It was such a short walk right out to the water and being able to come back and spray everything off was perfect!! The added benefit was having 3 beach chairs, a wagon, and some extra beach toys which made packing so much lighter for us. I will suggest it would have been a plus to have an umbrella, but we understand those break and rust easily so that wasn’t a ding to the host at all only a suggestion. We were extremely grateful for the extras that were provided! Since we went sort of towards the end of the season the complex was very peaceful and plenty of shaded parking for us. Overall it was clean, quiet, and family friendly! We would suggest this location and would return again!!!
