The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

Very energetic place. Greenery is everywhere. Mr. Shahnawaj is very humble and very helpful for everything and also he arranged driver and also other city accommodation as well. if you want to stay on a quiet and trafficless place near the srinagar then it is the best place to stay.

We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

It was an excellent experience. Mr. Vidur Wazir has a beautiful heritage property infused with family collectibles and stories dating back to generations. He himself was very friendly and knowledgeable.. the property is centrally located with clean facilities and excellent food. The helpers were also very nice and attended to every need. The place and the host exudes elegance and we highly recommend the place to get a flavour of authentic kashmir

The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

Such a beautiful place with an amazing ambiance! The caretaker, Happy, was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. He even shared the contact of a cab driver, Sunny Verma, who was also fantastic—super reliable and friendly. I’m adding his number here for anyone interested: xxxxxxxxxxx. If I visit again, I’d definitely choose the same place. The people were lovely, the rooms were spotless, and the entire environment was peaceful and relaxing. A special mention to Bruno, the adorable and energetic pet dog—his friendly presence made the stay even more delightful!

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

I stayed at Tasleema ji's home with my family and it felt right at home. She is warm, welcoming, always responsive and available for all our needs. It was a pleasure to try her delicious cooking, especially Kashmiri wazwan and Kahwa. The place in itself is a full fledged home with all amenities and a beautiful garden with lovely roses, a pretty sight to wake up to. I would highly recommend staying at Tasleema ji's place, tucked in a peaceful location near airport for anyone visiting Srinagar.
