This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

The house is very comfortable, clean, and baguss like home.

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Very nice and quiet place, even if you are alone or with your family. Every resident are calm, polit, and helpful if needed. The staff also is very efficient and quickly at your service for almost everything. Best place to stay in Cipete if you are searching a calm and green place !

We want to have a family gathering during weekend, but we’re too lazy to get out of town. So happy to found this place. Really feels like we’re in a villa somewhere, without traveling so far away. We had a good time here, kids can go swimming or playing in the garden. Lots of games we can play. Plenty of cutleries so we can cook and feed a lot of people without thinking that we don’t have enough plates. Charles himself is so helpful and responsive.

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

Erwin is very responsive Near aeon mall lication Breeze as well only in 10 minutes by car Summarecon mall can be an option if would like to go another mall in bsd.

the friendliest pet-friendly space. huge garden, our husky literally spend hours sniffing and having a good time. lovely host couple, we spent 3 hours discussion. it came across that we share the same profesional circle and toughts. the host that is really committed and love to share stories, not to mention the local produces from the garden. thank you very much and will recommend Batulapak GH.
