Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Jackson County

Leanna and Chip were friendly and responsive hosts! We enjoyed our stay and were very thankful for the hospitality they showed us. Everything in the house was clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful. The house was close enough to downtown but far enough away to feel like we weren’t in the city. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if given the chance!

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

Just as described. Not far from Athens downtown, like 4 minutes down the hill. Cozy, clean, quaint home. Worked out for my family of 3. I’d definitely recommend staying here and we look forward to staying here again!!!

Had a great stay and was convenient to the stadium. Dawgs got a win too! Our stay was comfortable and the place had all amenities needed. A little pricey for two days but never less a good location.

Brand new apartment. Very nice lay out and 1st floor unit a bonus. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Great value, too. Host was fantastic with communication.

I really enjoyed this stay. The beds were extra firm, towels were soft, kitchen was very modern with nice appliances. I appreciated the snacks left for guests. The apartment was quiet; not a lot of street traffic and only heard occasional thumps from neighbor, no talking or tv noise.

Aveline is a phenomenal host. She is very friendly and responds to messages promptly. Her units are nice and upscale and located next to Publix grocery within walking distance, which is very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Avelines place. Our daughter is at UGA and it was a great place to stay while visiting her. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was on the ground floor and at the end of the block of the other apartments so it was very quiet and peaceful. Publix is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment so perfect for getting groceries or a quick sandwich for lunch. We loved having access to the facilities including the gym which we used a few times. The communal areas of the complex are amazing. We stayed during winter months so the pool was not open but would be a great place to unwind in the summer months. The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished. Plenty of clean towels and linens. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It is situated about 4.5 miles from downtown Athens, and it is one direct road into town which is perfect. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Clean, cute & magical little cabin in which the photos don’t do it justice! Donna is the definition of Southern Hospitality! She pays attention to the details & made us feel right at home! Cabin is decorated beautifully thru-out & did I mention clean? I pay attention to the details as does Donna! She went over the top to make our weekend so very special! She is a superb host and you cannot go wrong with booking her cabin! She has set the standard of our future stays elsewhere way high! The area is beautiful, lots to do, we are already planning our next trip to her cabin! We cannot thank her enough for her kindness & beautiful spirit, as it is evident that she pours in the love to her cabin and to her guests and getting to know each one! It was a great home away from home! Sometimes it’s the little things that set others apart and boy is this place a step above the rest! You cannot go wrong booking this cabin & staying at her place! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Simply the best stay we’ve ever had anywhere. The walk down to the pier was a bit steep. It was a great location to escape from Atlanta and enjoy the lake.

We used Wendy's place as a staff retreat for 7 adults. It was perfect! We spent a lot of our time in the sunroom, where we met and planned, and I can't imagine a more perfect spot for our needs. The dining table was large and provided more than enough space. The kitchen was well-furnished and organized. We enjoyed a movie on the large TV on our first night. The bedrooms were comfortable and more than adequate. Our only regret was we didn't have more time to enjoy the lake. We hope to return sometime in the future.

This is easily the most unique airbnb house I've stayed in. The cabin is beautiful with it's view of the mountains, lots of good natural light, modern finishes, and comfy furniture. I absolutely loved the little fenced back yard for our small dog, and my children loved making the 1st floor space their "cave" for the duration of our stay. We saw deer behind the house and lots of birds. It is a beautiful house and we will probably try to stay here again next time we visit Helen. The only drawback would be the lack of sound privacy in the 3rd floor master bedroom/bathroom. Because the walls of the master bedroom and bathroom don't extend to the ceiling, you can hear everything between the livingroom downtstairs and master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. This isn't a big deal if you are just there with immediate family, but if we were staying with another couple or friends, the lack of sound privacy would have bothered me. Since it was just us and our children, it was not a problem.

LOVED OUR STAY! Beautiful place to get away for the weekend. Only thing I would suggest is bringing a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. The house had everything we needed and more. We will 100% be booking again next time we come.

marks place was the perfect getaway just outside atlanta. if you wanna fish, hot tub, campfire,or do nothing..it was great. It was so peaceful I swear I saw about 30 plus deer in the nieghborhood and only 15 mins from restaurants and shopping.

We were looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, and this place was perfect. It’s conveniently located near Dahlonega and Dawsonville, with everything we needed within a 15-minute drive. The space itself was cozy and just what we were hoping for. The only small suggestion we have is regarding the cleaning expectations. Given the high cleaning fee and the size of the place, the list of tasks before checkout felt a bit extra. Overall, we loved the place and the coziness.
