Very nice place. Dock is a bit tight for larger boats. Nice concrete path path to the dock but steep and turn around is a bit hard with the provided side by side. Overall good experience.

Sandra’s place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed to cook an amazing meal. The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Response time was quick. Everyone had a very nice and relaxing time. Will be one of our memorable Thanksgiving.

Nice visit to the Smokys. If you are seeking a nice stay about an hour from the action Irma’s place will not disappoint. Time of year made it challenging to stay closer. This was our longest stay without a washer and dryer, we learned for future reservations to consider all the amenities. Irma was gracious on handling some mis-haps that we corrected after our stay. Outside of the neighbors that felt the need to honk their horns to motivate their kids, the place is a nice stay.

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at our modern A-frame cabin and were impressed with how well Marcel incorporated such an abundance of amenities & conveniences so thoughtfully and compactly. From the fishing poles, hiking trails, kayak and paddleboards, fire pit, grill, playground, and comfy outdoor furniture for outdoor activities to new and clean appliances with stackable washer & dryer, board games, a very capable and clean kitchen area with helpful labels on the inside all made for a great way to easily enjoy your stay. Marcel was also very responsive, polite, professional, and easy to communicate with from the moment we booked. On top of all that, while we felt secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city where we stayed, there were plenty of stores (Target, Publix, Bucees) & great restaurants within a short drive's distance away. Would definitely stay here again on another visit to the Great Smoky Mountains!

Great location, 20 mins of most things. The hosts were incredible and the listing was very accurate and exactly what we expected. The hot tub, games, and outdoor area were so much fun. The bed was so comfy we laid in it for way too long. Everything was super clean including the bathroom. Smart tv was a nice touch, the driveway was a little rough to maneuver but matched the description so we were prepared.

Lovely Stay – Would Definitely Come Back! We truly enjoyed our stay—such a beautiful home that we didn’t want to leave. Three days wasn’t enough, so I recommend staying longer if possible! The home was clean and welcoming. I’m pretty detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness, and while a little more deep cleaning could help, it was still very clean overall. A few small things to note: • The dishwasher wasn’t working due to a broken wheel and wouldn’t close. • The hot tub didn’t have chlorine tablets or the dispenser available and noticed a smell so we discontinued use. We later noticed the supplies were behind the fence on the ground, likely just missed during cleaning. • The home is pet-friendly, though it doesn’t smell like it yet. I’d suggest no animals to help preserve its current condition—it’s such a nice place. The pool was warm and perfect, and overall we had a great experience. We’d gladly return and hope it continues to be well maintained.
