The caretaker and assistant that Mariana always indicated solicitous, as did she. There are 6 good sized bedrooms, leisure area and independent community kitchen, giving plenty of privacy to the rooms. The pool is small but fits well, and on sunny days it's warm all day. The beach is close and walking a little bit are the natural pools. Need something from a supermarket, iFood already serves in the area. The impression is that the owners go to the environment and try to find solutions so that everything goes smoothly. All I have to say is thank you and if you keep the improvements I will come back.

I recommend it. The place is exactly as in the pictures. As many have said here, it was also the best place I've hosted on airbnb. The house is huge and very beautiful. Personally, it has a less “soap opera” look than in the photos. Some of the door finishes are of questionable quality and have patches with dough. In addition, we had an unexplained infiltration in one of the corridors that disappeared on the first day, after Edson's intervention. Including, Edson and Silvana deserve a separate evaluation as they are great and very helpful. The house is next to a “condo”, which is nothing more than suitable for rent. This site has a direct entrance to the garden of the house and provides some amenities such as an even larger pool, fridge and other microwave. But here lies a nuisance I had. We often identified that the gate of the house and the other that connects the house to the condominium were open, as the employees, apparently, pass through there, which takes away the privacy.

I liked the house all organized, Dona Ana people fine, I had all the support I recommend the house to anyone who wants to go.

The house is cute!!! The village had everything we needed, beautiful decoration, hygiene items prepared for each guest, air conditioning working super well, complete kitchen can do anything because it has all the utensils. Amamos stay in it for a few days, it is in a very characteristic region of Olinda, it has a bar next to the evening that is the point of the Tbm region to have a beer and enjoy the neighborhood. Nearby town hall there are feirinha, cafeteria, gym and everything you need, if we have opportunity we would definitely get this house!
