Luckily stayed in Mikami's room for the last two days of traveling in Japan, the room was very clean, every morning open the curtains, and the sea view was in a good mood all day.I talked to them in a little English on the evening after watching the spark, which was a special time, and I look forward to seeing you next time!

Communication before and after the stay was very smooth and I was relieved. It was hot on the day, so I was grateful for the thought of checking in earlier than planned. The interior was well cleaned and comfortable. There is also a trampoline, swing, riding toys, and picture books, making it ideal for traveling with children. Having two toilets was also appreciated for a group trip.

this place feels like a ryokan, almost a steal for the price. plenty of space and well equiped, kitchen has everything you need and more. its surrounded by a forest, so quiet sleep is guaranteed. lots of zoo's, restaurants (omg the food was so good) and onsen are nearby. local onsen is even tattoo friendly! would highly recomend visiting with a rental car, since its a bit far from the train station (45min walk) but with a bit of walking and taxis you will be safe to. there are also e-bikes to rent at the train station. nightlife and shopping options are limited, visit tokyo for that. (2h train ride) asumi and family are good people, i would visit again any time.

the house is wow and superb the lift facility inside the house really helpful for my parents.. the house is beautiful and peaceful near to the beach / bay yuko..she is such amazing host ..really helpful and generous.. worth the price and we really enjoy stay at this house next time if i travel again to japan.. i would definitely book again with this house..

It was very nice to see Mt. Fuji beautifully from every room.🌟 I also asked questions about the heating in the chat, and they went out of their way to turn them on and they were very kind. It was nice to have clean facilities and basically everything in the kitchen!

My family had a great time at this nicely renovated unit. It was also easy to reach Odawara Station etc. Will definitely stay here if we visit Hakone again. Thanks so much!

The house is spacious , nice , clean and peaceful, well equipped that almost you can find everything you need from the house , and we love the sea and Mt Fuji view from the balcony , just that the location is stay quite inside from the main road , you will need to drive a while everyday when you in and out from the stay place , but that we already knew from owner and we enjoy the view and surroundings so overall we are really happy with the stay and would like to come again.

Quite a beautiful house to stay in. Well worth the rent - drive-in was not too straightforward and theres space for only one car parking, but overall it was a great experience for my wife, toddler, parents-in-law and myself :)

I was able to stay at Futa's place and I had such a wonderful experience!First of all, when I entered the house, I felt the traditional Japanese atmosphere and was enchanted by the beauty of Japan.The interior was really nice, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere.The room was very spacious and well equipped, and we had a pleasant time without any inconvenience. Besides, Futa was very kind and quick to help me when I needed help.He helped us many times and was very grateful for his attentiveness. We would love to stay at Futa's next time.I really recommend it for those who want to enjoy the Japanese traditional atmosphere!

Clean and well-maintained accommodation. Located in a quiet area

The owner lived nearby and felt safe. It was nice to enjoy the goodness of Ito because there were various types of hot spring facilities and delicious restaurants in the neighborhood.Next time you come, you want to buy it at the fish shop, take it home, and cook. The interior was very modern, stylish, and it was nice to have a good trip with a taste of the extraordinary feeling.

Great place, right across the street from a beach! Pictures were accurate. Beds were firm. Comforters were warm and cozy. Refrigerator/freezer had plenty of space. We didn’t have any trouble finding parking during our stay in October, but I wonder if this would be true during peak season. We enjoyed our time and may stay here again on our next trip to Shimoda.

Scandinavian designer furniture, lighting, cushions, wall decoration, and interior are sophisticated! The area is quiet. For the trees and birds singing through the window I was healed. Hakone Onsen Tenzan is within walking distance. Dinner and hot springs were done there. The spacious bed in Simmons was comfortable to sleep in, and the waking up the next day was great. In the morning, I enjoyed the hot spring bath in the indoor bath. "I don't want to live in a home like this." And the whole family was very satisfied!

Eriko was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we had initial troubles finding the place. The place was as described, so much space, beautiful home, and incredibly beautiful, peaceful and quiet surroundings and location. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer.
