Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Izard County

We absolutely loved Jeff’s place in Guion. The cabin was fully loaded with everything that you could possibly need. The pictures do not do this place Justice. It was right on the water. The fishing was great and the view from the living room of white river was absolutely amazing. Guion and the surrounding areas were just as beautiful. Recommend making the short drive to Mountain View at least once and walking the shops downtown. It was one of the most peaceful and serene places that we have been to. We highly recommend. And we will definitely be back.

Very nice place to stay , we came down to put a roof on my nephews house who lives in Oxford about 15 miles away. Very convenient..

Kyle’s cabin was the perfect spot for a weekend in Mt. View. We found the description to be accurate. It was very clean and cozy. It is in a very busy spot, if you are looking for seclusion keep looking. For us the convenience was a big plus! Will book again.

My husband and I believe this is our 5th time to stay at this property We clearly love it and feel absolutely at home here, hence the repeat trips to the exact location. It’s perfect for a couple or small group. If you’re looking for AMAZING views, peaceful deck sittings, campfires, beautiful, quiet days and endless starry nights..don’t look at another property. We will return as soon as we can. We get “giddy” when we head to this place and I’m not married to “giddy” dude We leave and head back to our stressful jobs, feeling rejuvenated Thank you, CJ for opening your home

Very peaceful, inside and outside the house. Comfortable beds. Very clean. The pictures don't do it justice. Listen to the owners when they say the river is not accessible from the house. It looks beautiful, especially from the glassed-in-porch. It moves fast, though, around the bend of the neighborhood, and there are trees and things just under the surface. Beautiful to look at, not safe to be in. That said, I would have felt perfectly comfortable letting my kids run around the back yard when they were little because there is a barrier of overgrowth between the yard and the river. We had a lovely Christmas getaway with my mom, husband, kids, and future daughter-in-law. The house was decorated. It felt so homey. The heat/air worked great. We made good use of the space heaters on the porch and beside the windows. I would 100% stay here again.

We loved our stay at Hephzibah! Everything was clean and homey! So peaceful and beautiful! We enjoyed our farm fresh eggs for breakfast! While my kids loved roasting marshmallows and hot dogs at the fire pit! Ann always replied back to any questions or concerns! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay there! Definitely would stay again also if we was in the area! Calico Rock is a hidden gem and so is this little place (Hephzibah) in it!

The Rivers Edge is Beautiful and very serene. Kevin was VERY responsive when we sent messages. We are already looking forward to going back and taking some friends.

I stayed with my family. the house is nice and everyone agreed the beds are very comfortable. it takes about 25 minutes to get into town because it is so close to the river. it is worth the drive. nice fire pit in the back, the front yard is well manicured and flat, long and wide enough that any game or sport could be played on it.
