Very nice tiny house, with a soothing view. The tiny house is very neat, and equipped with all the comforts. I was received very friendly!

Great place, suits any travelling friends who want a couple days to explore the beautiful city/do day trips near by. So central and easy to access everything. Comfortable beds. Due to only having a private room, not kitchen/bathroom I probably wouldn't attend as a family unless booked out the whole place. Host listens to feedback has all the amenities you could need for a short trip. Always happy to help and quick to reply!

It’s a wonderful newly built house but old style with taste. Everything we needed was there. Beautiful surroundings perfect for morning runs. And close to Leuven and others nice cities and villages. We stayed with our 3 kids, plenty of room.

Nanou and Nicolas were home on arrival and welcomed us very warmly. They had provided some things for us which was very thoughtful (coal for BBQ, some things in the fridge, etc.) The house itself was cozy, tidy, and clean. We had a little less weather that week, but during the sunny days, the garden is wonderful to be. Nanou and Nicolas grow herbs and vegetables themselves. It was nice that we could eat these herbs while cooking, on the BBQ, etc. The pool is quite large and clean. Communication with Nanou was very punctual. Both people were traveling but a message or a question was always provided with an answer! We definitely recommend a stay there!

A place that combines good taste, comfort, and simplicity. Ideally suited for resourcing. The hospitality is perfect and the breakfast is delicious. You can only want to come back.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was very clean and cozy. We could easily check in via the lockbox ourselves. The instructions for this were very clear and were already sent at the time of booking and a day before departure. We could also choose 2 double beds or 1 double bed + 2 single beds in advance. We thought the sleeping pillows were very good! The accommodation is also easily accessible. Not far from the motorway. Very friendly hosts. I definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay. You are met personally upon arrival and welcomed into this lovely, quiet place. Super apartment and we were pleasantly surprised of how nice it was. Own private garden and very quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be visiting again for sure.

We were warmly welcomed by Roland and Faat. Very useful tips were provided to explore the neighborhood with very nice addresses that Faat and Roland gave. The listing is exactly as described and everything was clear from the beginning, we used the hot tub and sauna, after a rainy day hiking in the city this was more than welcome. The lounge space is also very pleasant to sit and you can quickly warm up with the pellet stove. In addition, Roland and Faat carry their guests' private lives a high priority. This is definitely recommended and Roland and Faat are very warm people who respond immediately and give tips where needed. We greatly enjoyed it!

Nice and very friendly host. Small detail to mention: You share the courtyard, terrace with the host. There was no further notice. And would definitely recommend the accommodation but maybe not for 6 adults if you are traveling a primal couple. We were with 6 friends and then it was definitely not too bad

Gael’s accommodation was fantastic. I walked everywhere minus to the airport. It was in a great location and I found a lot of great restaurants near by. The downstairs area was very cozy to read in on the canopy and the basement’s entertainment system and laundry came in handy during my trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a perfect and cozy studio for people who want to explort the city. You can easily get access to bus, tram and metro. There are plenty of shops, restraurants, supermarkets around, which make everything easier. Ouriel is really friendly and always willing to help. Excelent experience!

Great value and easy to get to from the train station. Gael is responsive and had very clear instructions. The communal kitchen space is very cozy- definitely recommend!!

It is a good place to spend several days hosted, the apartment tower is well equipped and is located near the train station, which is very convenient to travel. It's a little expensive, but it's a good place.

The accommodation was great overall – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, very close to the Midi Station, which offers plenty of travel options to various destinations. Additionally, the city center is within walking distance, making it convenient to explore. The place was spotless, and it was definitely worth the price. However, for those sensitive to noise, be aware that the walls are quite thin, since it is an old building.

It was my first time in an Airbnb and Anita has been a super host. She speaks several languages very good, so it has been easy to communicate even in my original language. It's very friendly and kind. It's ok to have some rules in the house. The room it's not as big, but you can easily stay there for some days, the bed was comfortable for one person. In the room there was a coffee machine and a boiler for tea, you'll also find a microwave, mugs, forks, plates and all the stuff in case you want to eat something inside the room. Anita allowed me even to put some of my stuff in her fridge. There are two toilets, one with a shower. The view was quite nice as well. The only negative thing it's about the Wifi, there was almost no signal inside the room, but it has been a good experience.

Very quiet and clean accommodation in Waterloo. The kitchen overlooks a beautiful garden, which you can partially enjoy. Everything is nice and sweet, like the smiles that welcome us. Be assured on all levels.
