Vacation rentals with a patio in Ivins

Place was just as shown. Fit our family of 5 (3 kids) great. FYI, there is a sliding barn door on the bunk bed room that doesn't lock or latch. Our kids had no problem with it! The whole place was very clean and comfortable, and very close to St. George attractions. Steve was very quick to respond when I was having trouble with the thermostat, and even sent someone to look at it and make sure it worked. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! There was a lot to do at the club house and surrounding area! Easy to find and perfect for our needs!

Really enjoyed our stay! Gorgeous view from the patio of the city and the lovely red rocks. Perfect location for us to go hiking in Snow Canyon State Park, which was about a 15 drive.

An older community but nice, with good amenities offering plenty to do. The neighborhood was also ideal, just a few minute drive to the freeway, but was in a good residential area. Our unit could have used a thorough cleaning, but we did book it last minute, so I am giving the owner a bit of a pass.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The backyard is beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean home located in a lovely, private, and peaceful gated community. We felt welcome, safe, and right at home. Every item in this well-appointed home is high-quality and thoughtfully arranged to insure a pleasant and comfortable stay. The lovely, tasteful holiday decorations along with the gas fireplace made for warm, cozy evenings snuggled up on the couch after fun-fulled days of hiking in Snow Canyon just 10 minutes away. It was so nice to see beautiful red rock mountains nearby and to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun getaway! We'd love to stay here again, and we highly recommend it!

Eric’s place was a perfect jumping off point for hiking at Zion. The kitchen was easily one of the best stocked with cookware - even decent knives which is usually rare. The place is super close to a supermarket and good Indian and Mexican options.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, With all amenities listed.. Easy parking and very clear instructions. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I was very comfortable staying there.

Gias house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Great location out in Ivins, very quiet.

My boys and I had a great time at Camilla's. It is clean, well located, and safe. The boys loved having access to multiple pools. The only downside was the loud upstairs neighbors.

This was a great place for anyone traveling with multiple families. The townhouse is spacious and modern. I loved the fact that every room has its own bathroom and shower. I highly recommend this location. Our host was responsive and friendly.

We stayed here for the night on our way from Arizona up to Park City, and we loved it!!! It was super modern, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s really close to restaurants and shopping places. And only a 10 minute drive from the St. George Temple. Sadly we weren’t able to try the pool or spa in the complex, but it’s great that there was the option. This place was well equipped with everything we needed, and even had a good selection of board and card games to keep my family busy. Hosts were also very proactive, responsive, and super helpful too! Definitely recommend!

Amazing!!!! This home exceeded our expectations! Cozy, clean, private, spacious, and excellent communication by the lovely hosts! Definitely stay here if you’re in St. George! The bed was super comfortable, shower was spacious, hot tub was great for relaxing. The kitchen is more stocked than any air b and b (possibly as stocked as mine as home). This is a must for couples! Amazing Stay near Zion N.P. We recently stayed at Southern Escape, Kim’s Airbnb and had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was immaculately clean, well-decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. The location was perfect, making it convenient to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed the very well equipped kitchen, the large living area, cozy fireplace, and beautiful views, especially sunrise. Having use of the garage was very convenient. Kim was incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience in Washington, UT. We would definitely stay here again!
