Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Itogon

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was really convenient and the space of the house accomodated my group really well. We especially liked the bonfire! If there is something to take note of, one of the rooms (I think bedroom 4?) may be exposed to some noise since it's near the main road and beside the caretaker's quarters. But it's just background noise.

Kai's place is in a great location. 10 minute walk to Session Road where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. It's also very big with adequate parking. Great garden at the back where you can have a campfire, which they can set up for you. Bong, the caretaker, was also very helpful. We were a group of 16 persons and we had a great time. Highly recommended!

Overall a wonderful experience for us! We really enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Although the area was quite a bit far from the town proper, its still commuter friendly :) you have to walk a few meters to the main road, medyo nakakalula at first but overall it was a great start for our day because of the great view! we were able to use the bonfire as well, supplies were readily available for us! instructions were also provided prior to use. It was a really fun and intimate experience for us :) the host is also very easy to talk to, was also able to help us navigate the city. If you commute, the average taxi from town proper to the place is just around 100 pesos, jeepney is at 13pesos (minimum) really great place for group travellers! 10/10 would recommend

Joan's place exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website don't do justice to how immaculately clean and exquisitely beautiful every room was. The interior decoration was so pleasing to our senses and eyes. We loved the place so much - my whole family enjoyed being inside the house. Though we went to places in the area we kept going back to the house just to enjoy the place and be together. I felt like all our needs were anticipated. And she communicated well what things we needed to know and what they expected from us. We are so grateful we chose this place. We hope to go back again someday.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we need is there. There is even coffee grounds provided for a delightful brewed coffee in the morning while enjoying the view of the golf course in the veranda. Toiletries were provided. No need to bring our own supplies. The kitchen has complete utensils and appliances like ref, 4-burner stove, hot and cold driniking water dispenser, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker. There is also a big tv, wifi connection, couch. And, slippers were also provided. The unit itself is huge with 2 rooms with comfy beds , pillows and comforters. Towels were also provided. The place is spotless. Its location is great, near restaurants, an atm machine, convenience store and the surroundings is quiet with the Baguio feels of pines trees and near the picnic area. It is situated inside Camp John Hay beside 2 famous hotels. It is safe as the area is guarded. We will definitely stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at Tina’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean and spacious. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions, restaurants, park and public transport. Tina and Ate Bem were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the location just steps away from burnham park. Kids really enjoyed the playground. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Baguio and would definitely stay here again on my next trip! Thank you, Ms Tina for a wonderful experience!

Charissa’s place was clean and pleasant to stay at. Complete utensils and other cooking tools. With complimentary toiletries and coffee and free use of towels. Both the owner and kuya Joey are very accommodating. Charissa was proactive in moving us to a different unit kasi group of 30 ung makakasabay namin para di gami gaano maistorbo, medyo maingay lang ung ibang guests na nakasabay namin and woke us from our sleep kapag dadating sila and aalis but understandable naman, hirap lang kami kasi panggabi kami and we were working there. Overall, it was worth what we paid for, great service! Thank you!

Just be mindful of the uphill walk up to the unit! Otherwise, it was an amazing stay. Super accommodating ng host and very responsive.

The place has everything that you need. As in literally. They even have umbrellas that you can use if it rains. The place is clean. It can accommodate a lot given the bed and beddings available. And Regine is such an angel. She took care of everything for us and very responsive. Thanks Reg! This place is highly recommended!

Bang for the buck! Our stay at Ms. Vina's place was absolutely wonderful! Ms. Vina and Ate Dolor were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was a dream - comfortable, secure, and truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!!

Really loved the place and it comes with a parking space. The unit was clean and homey. Would just recommend to check the TV remote as there were buttons not working, we weren’t able to connect to Netflix because the OK button does not work. But still a very good place to stay. Would love to come back.

I highly recommend this sa family or mag wowork remotely. Everything you need kahit extension meron and my favorite part as an introvert ay self check in di mo na need ma pressure sa time sa pag dating kasi papasok ka nalang sa unit at lakabas. Super bait and approachable ni Diobs and very responsive.

Highly recommended for big families. The communication with Joel is smooth from rebooking until the day we check-in. Complete utensils, water and kitchen stuff. They also have extra towels. Heater was not that hot but maybe it's the cold weather. All in all we had a great stay. The building also has good restos.

we love the place; we booked it for our last-min trip, and it was worth it. i had very few queries about the place bec the host, Rally, already sent a complete guide and instructions right after the booking. Very nice place to stay. It’s so convenient with everything including tourist locations. The cons of the location is that it is so hard to book a grab since it is located at the heart of the city. Overall, the place is nice and clean. We asked for an electric fan and the host immediately provided us.
