I went to spend New Year's Eve with friends at the farm and the stay was great. The outdoor space of the house is very nice. The indoor space needed some improvements (living room fan and only 1 shower was hot) as was mentioned by Mr. Rinaldo. Even so, nothing that would disrupt the stay, since there was another fan in the room and every day was hot, so the hot shower was not used much lol. Rinaldo was very helpful in providing us with information about markets in the region and even brought us lychees to eat. I recommend the stay to everyone.

The hosts, Mr. Manoel and his wife, were extremely kind and solicited. The house offered by them really was very clean, with everything organized! the location is easy to access. It's a place we would definitely come back to.

Wonderful house. ❤️We went in 6 adults and 2 children spend New Year's Eve. The house is big, beautiful, clean. Complete house as the listing says, everything works perfectly.. Owner Naldo is super polite, kind. He welcomed us very well, showed us the whole house making us super comfortable. The house is so cozy that we were feeling at home. We will definitely be renting again.

Highly recommend the house :) Maíra was from the very attentive beginning, taking all the doubts and giving valuable advice on how to enjoy the beach. The house is very large, with 6 spacious suites and a separate social area with plenty of room for coexistence. As it is located in an area with the forest on the side, the hostess took care to put screen and electric repellent throughout the house, which served very well. Edna, which cares for the house was always requested at all times and offers cleaning service (which made all the difference for our comfort) Thank you!

Our stay was great. There were nine of us and everyone was very comfortable. The house was clean and very well equipped. The barbecue area and the yard are a delight. We found it very close to the Balça walkway and it was easy to get to the beach. Communication with Matheus was great, he helped us with everything and check-in and check-out were perfect. We hope to be back!
