Great apartment, modern, well-equipped and with all the necessary utensils for you to feel like home. The building has a pool and garage. The apartment is very well located, close to the beach and Bacutia. Luciano is an extremely attentive host, always available to help. I definitely recommend this cozy apartment, where we are very well accommodated.

The apartment is excellent, very large and comfortable. Leonardo is a great host, kind, proactive and very friendly. Location is great, close to everything and the only “foot in the sand” building on the beach. The pool is great and has access, with intercom, to the beach. We love it! We'll definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, clean bedding, everything clean and smelling, there was everything in the house we need for a stay without intercurrence, the high point is the pool area, we barbecued and we took advantage of the pool that was very well taken care of, the water super clean, we did not pass heat, as there is air-conditioning in every room of the house! Paulo would answer our questions very quickly! We'll be back for sure! thank you

Co-host Eunice was super responsive, polite and courteous; she gave all the support and information. The house meets the description , having all the features in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The location for the cost benefit serves, as it allows facial car access to beaches such as Castelhanos, Iriri, piuma, guanabara and tour to guarapari. Everything went in peace, and the hosts were 10!

It is not the first time we have hosted at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we feel at home. Eduardo is an excellent host and Rodrigo, who cares for the house is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements over the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, it enchants us the beautiful lagoon view and the many feet of fruit in the backyard. We had an amazing stay in Meaípe, Espírito Santo, Brazil! The house was perfectly located just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and boasted an outstanding 180-degree ocean view that took our breath away. Paulo, the host, made the check-in process seamless and was very accommodating. A special shoutout to Paulo’s father, Luiz Carlos, who greeted us with delicious fresh fruit from the farmers' market in Guarapari—it was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. This location is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can’t wait to return! 🌊🍍🌴
