Very cozy pool house in a great garden. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and were provided with numerous tips for things to do in the area. Overall a very relaxed stay and also absolutely positive to dogs.

Eric's place is a haven of peace! Nestled in the tranquil forests of Le Suquet, with a river nearby, it was a little piece of heaven. Eric and Annie were exceptionally welcoming, always available and thoughtful. Homemade jams were delicious! It was our best Easter weekend. We'll be happy to go back. Highly recommended!

Gérard was responsive and available throughout the stay. He even offered us local products from his "production", came to pick us up to show us some deer passing by at the back of the property, offered us beautiful hikes with wise advice etc… We felt like we were staying with friends.

Chalet at the "end of the world" with a superb view of the fields and the forest. Perfect sleeping arrangements (for 6 people rather than 8 people;-) . Rustic overall comfort in tune with this beautiful area. A fireplace area to enhance the evenings ideally this charming chalet. In short, a beautiful stay in the heart of nature!

Florian and her dad are absolutely charming hosts and very attentive to the well-being of the people they welcome. The chalet is located in an ideal environment for those who love nature and calm close to the city accessible in 15 minutes by bus! The site is bohemian at will and perfectly suited for lovers of vintage cars and extended evenings in a festive setting. We booked in February, be careful to look at the weather for this season: the kitchen is only outside, which absolutely didn't bother us because it was nice all week! Finally, the amenities are numerous and of good quality, enough to have a very nice stay.

We stayed at Alessandra's house with 9 people of our family and dog, like last year in August. Everything worked perfectly this time and it was all the same as 2023. We immediately felt on vacation from the first minute and were able to relax very well during the week. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic, as well as sitting in the jacuzzi in the evening and enjoying the sunset. The highlight was the Panigacci-Experience (Tuscan doughflakes) that Alessandra organized for us in the house. Have a great night. Communication with Claudia was also quick and straightforward again. We can definitely recommend Alessandra's house again, also this year.

We had a lovely week staying at Victors place; a great space for two families and perfectly located to access the slopes very easily - literally a stones throw. In the build up Victor was really helpful in providing information. A great place to stay and Limone is a real treasure off the normal tourist track for skiing. Everyone was really friendly and it felt like a real community. The house was well proportioned and well equipped - would recommend 5⭐️

We have had a great time. Nice, cozy and comfortable caravan in a nice place on the campground. The campsite itself is very nice if you like coziness. You can rent bicycles and there is a lot to do in the area. We would have loved to stay longer, maybe another time!

Hello everyone The place is beautiful and the cottage🏡 was also beautiful The kids were very happy The only note is that the air conditioning motor is outside but causes some noise in the big room But we were very happy and I hope to come back there another time 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a nice time in Viareggio on the campsite. From there we were able to visit the cities of Pisa and Florence and have a boat tour from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre. The beach can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by bike. The bikes can be hired on the campground. It was also nice that Jan responded to inquiries at very short notice and gave helpful tips. Thank you! The campsite is very nice and the staff always friendly and helpful. All in all we had a nice holiday and can only recommend the accommodation!

We spent our 1st camping holiday as a family in Jan's mobile home and we enjoyed it very much. The amenities and location are as described. The beach is easily accessible by a transfer bus of the campsite (this runs several times a day) or if you have a little more beach equipment, by car and park it on one of the numerous (paid, easily affordable via ParkApp) beach parking. The location of the campsite was ideal for us to visit Carrara (about 1 hour away by car) It takes a few minutes to go in Viareggio. The promenade offers a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. To nearby Pisa we went easily and comfortably by train. All in all it was a very nice holiday. We'll be back!

Very affordable home and nice host. The camping staff was helpful. No issues during the stay. Great service options, like a washing machine. The nice surroundings were very appreciated, very flowers, trees and bushes. We walked to and from the beach with our three children (youngest 8 years). It went well. To the city center it was a bit too far for the youngest child. Air conditioning strongly recommends! Very nice camping! Recommend both the campsite and the host (Jan)!

We spent four wonderful days in the cabin, we would have stayed more, but since all the dates were busy, we visited Pisa and returned to camping again, but already to another cabin. So if you want to stay with Silvia, order in advance. Everything was great. Silvia was very helpful and patiently answered our questions. In the bathroom in the sink, the water drained poorly, they wrote to Silvia and immediately solved the problem. The place is as described and was sparkling clean. Everything in the house is provided, for cooking too. It is easy to get to the beach by car, there are a lot of parking lots, 5-6 euros per day. The sea is warm, the beach is wide and sandy. The location is ideal for family and relaxing holidays.

Alessandra met us at the property and walked us around. Paola gave us a lift to the train station when we were going home. Amazing view from the bedroom’s balcony over the water, which faces south west so it’s a sun trap during the day and is perfect for watching the sunset. There is a public access point onto the beach just 50m from your front door and you can walk for miles along the beautiful beach. Be aware, if you want to sit on the beach you need to pay one of the private bagni or walk about 1km to the free public bit of the beach.
